Completely non-smoking, this beautiful house offers exceptional self-catering accommodation & facilities; make your way inside to the entrance hall and turn right to discover a pleasant snug with drinks station and bottle cooler, that leads into the games room which hosts a pool table that is ideal for the kids to relax in.

The newly designed full refurbished open-plan kitchen and dining area is a fabulous contemporary space for the whole group to gather.

As the day comes to an end, choose between 11 beautifully decorated bedrooms to rest in, the ground-floor/quarter landing features two rooms, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom and the other being a fabulous, split level king-size which features a Smart TV, inviting heated tile flooring, and a spiral staircase to an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath, twin basins and homely heated tile flooring for a touch of luxury.
The lower ground-floor garden room which is access from within the main house features a small patio which is set down from the main garden and en-suite bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath and heated tile flooring.
Progress from the main hallway upstairs to the first floor to find five more fantastic bedrooms, all en-suite with one being a super-king-size or twin with an en-suite bathroom, another being a king-size with an en-suite bathroom that has been designed with couples in mind, with freestanding bath taking centre stage; two more king-sizes and two doubles, all with en-suite walk-in showers.
Climb the stairs to discover the second-floor bedrooms, three tastefully furnished rooms designed with their own unique colour schemes, two of which are king-sizes as well as a double, all benefitting from en-suite power showers and one with its own freestanding roll top bath; all of the eleven en-suite bathrooms also feature heated towel rails and the bedrooms host Smart TVs, so you can enjoy some late-night entertainment from the privacy of your own bed.

Continue a short distance south to Bowness-on-Windermere, a town offering access to the lakeside, green space of Cockshott Point, along with access to a marina, where you can hire wake surfing equipment or board a ferry over to Far Sawrey, where the Claife Viewing Station and Hill Top attractions await.
Ambleside isn't far and is a great day out, with its access to Stock Ghyll Force Waterfall, Skelwith Force Waterfall, Rydal Cave and the Ambleside Roman Fort.
