Morecambe is a lively town on the Lancashire coast with plenty of attractions to keep visitors entertained.
There's the Salt Ayre Leisure Centre with its swimming pool and gym, and the Lancaster City Museum and Maritime Museum with its exhibitions on the area's history.
In the evenings, visitors can enjoy a drink or a meal in one of the town's restaurants and bars and enjoy a stroll along the wonderful sandy beach and long (over four miles), scenic promenade.
The Crown Bar and Bistro is a popular spot for a drink, as well as Lancaster Brewery, Cross Bay, and Unsworths of Cartmel for speciality brews.
