"I do feel the property would benefit from a washing machine."

"Great place but afew issues with damp which had the wall peeling away in the bathroom plus a kitchen cupboard door kept falling off!"
Also we arrived and there was afew dirty towels left in one room (hidden behind the door on the radiator!) and rubbish left in another room! Apart from this the place was great and perfect for our family breakaway!! X x
Hi Sarah Due to the heavy rain and winds we have experienced there was a slipped tile on the roof which was recently repaired. In between bookings we have been de humidifying the rooms before painting over the areas of damage or else the paint could peel away again due to walls not being dried out, we can confirm this has now been done. We can also confirm the kitchen cupboard issue has also been rectified. Regarding the cleaning issues, this may have been a genuine mistake from our cleaner, as the standard of cleaning is excellent at the property. We have raised this with the cleaner so we can assure this wont happen again, we do apologise for this happening. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. Best wishes, West End Bay Property Owner

"What a lovely house."
It was beautifully decorated and finished. It was very well equipped and laid out. Parking was the only issue but thats not a critique at the house as its is a busy area. All of the instructions were clear and we had no problems with the house at all. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
