"First class lodge."
We had a power failure caused we think, by us using the toaster at the same time as the kettle. It needed the outside trip switch setting and also the inside one which is in the wardrobe of the main bedroom. Had to call the office to sort it out.

"Overall a good stay."
Afew maintenance issues with the outside pagola , seating in lounge and television signal needed . The equipment for use during the stay was great and the bits left eg coffee was very welcome. A good site and ate two nights in the restaurant. Neighbours very noisy early morning in their hot tub but other than that all went well.

"Family break with elderly parent so found second bedroom a little small ."
Thought that bedding needs an upgrade (sheets and quilt covers). Did not find hairdryer . Enjoyed the outside area for evening drink. Lovely clean site with restaurant and bar .

"This is a lovely place to stay, very clean, great beds, lovely sheets."
Couldn't fault the lodge, only few things missing even though had almost everything. No clock, couldn't find hair dryer and a full length mirror but that's me just being picky as I would defo stay again. The grounds r gorgeous and very picturesque well maintained, just lacking in things to do, no entertainment, no club house, luckily we got the weather otherwise would of had to just stay in. We went local town centre but again no much going on. The pub on site serves lovely food but if u don't book early, u lose out.

"Lovely caravan but needed a little love Ongoing work on site"

"Loved the property ideal location, very clean and comfortable."
Only downside was the tv in lounge area as the reception was poor. Will definitely book again in the future.

"The lodge was lovely, on a lovely park and we had best part of the week very sunny so made all the more enjoyable."
The WiFi was not very good. The tv ,do the think it is tuned in properly as we could not get some basic chanels. We took our amazon fire stick but even that would not work most of the time. The furniture in the sitting room. And Dinning room could be re arranged to make more room, I.e. the dinning table could be turned around to make more room. It looked like the carpet had not long been fitted but the large rug that goes in the living area was bunched up under the sofa and the large foot rest in the middle of the floor, which could be a tripping hazard and they were both too heavy for me and my husband to lift to try and straighten the rug out. The two sofas the main cushions are sagging we did turn them over quite a few times but it made no difference. The only other thing for me was there is too many drinking glasses, crockery, cutlery & small electrical kitchen appliances in the cupboards and drawers leaving no space to put Non fridge products, and there was no bread knife. .

"The owner needs high praise for the quality of the property."
I cannot fault it. I have never been anywhere that has/is truthfully as it describes. It is very clean, has everything you need utensil wise. Beds are very comfortable. Location is 1hour from Lake District, 45 mins from Blackpool. I booked this very last minute and they had it ready within 2 hours
