"Wonderful owners, welcoming without being intrusive."
No ‘Good Housekeeping’ threat, I mean Bond. We left the Annexe as perfect as we found it.! Everything about this property is comfort and quality. The vista is amazing, uninterrupted view of the bay. Garden furniture including loungers. The pictures clearly show high chairs at the breakfast bar. Don’t be put off, I ate using the sofa and coffee table. A very comfortable sofa indeed. Shops, take aways and a pub just up the road. Would we stay here again, you bet we would !

"Beautiful cottage in a magical location."
Possibly the best view in Morecombe. Cottage is very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Appreciated the welcome wine, cookies etc! Don't forget to say Hi to the ponies over the garden wall.

"Absolutely wonderful holiday at the Annex."
Comfort and cleanliness. Beds devine and sunsets amazing. Although owners lived next door we could have been in solitude. If we are ever around the area again we hope The Annex will be available, if not we will wait until it is. Absolutely perfect.

Seating at breakfast bar awkward. Really clean, beds very comfortable. Good shower. Shame we were ill, and had to leave early.
We are sorry you didn’t find our furnishings adequate for your needs. The photos of the property clearly showed the seating arrangements. However we will take your comments on board. Thank you Property Owner
