Would benefit from extended pen for dogs, only because this is a pet friendly caravan. Aside from that it was lovely, will definitely return

  • "We had a lovely holiday its the second time ive been at the Maples first time was great no problems at all but this time it was great unil we went for a shower the shower came on then after 30 seconds went off so i phoned the owner he said it was because the water pressure was down because of leaks in other caravans so got in touch with camp owners they said they would have all leaks finished for the monday and they did have them all fix so went for shower and it was the same you had to turn the hot water tap on slow so the boiler stayed on while you had a shower so i suggest you to get hold of owner as i think the boiler needs a new pump wont be stopping there again thank you Mr K."

  • "The toilet smelled of cigarettes."

We couldn’t find the caravan on the site as there were no numbered directions and it was dark the office was closed. A map with caravan positions would have been helpful. Lovely caravan though, it was very cosy and comfortable thank you.

  • "The caravan was nice, clean and warm."

The site itself was convenient, close to the centre of town and to the coast. However the weather put a little bit of a dampener on the whole experience as did the leaving of my watch in the caravan.

Arrived to a very well presented caravan lovely and clean, Had everything we needed so from the minute we arrived it was kettle on feet up, The Park is beautiful very well looked after infact the whole week we were their staff were busy cutting grass etc, We ate in the on site skibar and the food was excellent and again the staff could not do enough for us, All in all a very nice relaxed holiday in beautiful surroundings I would highly recommend

  • "Lovely location."

The van has everything you need for your stay. We loved being able to eat outside and felt like we had our own garden. The washing line was a great extra! The van is a little dated with a bit of wear and tear but nothing to interfere with our stay. The van was clean but windows could have done with a clean - lots of fingers marks which was noticeable in the beautiful sunshine. Would highly recommend staying in this van and in this site. Something to think about- As we didn’t know the area some leaflets for take aways, site info, map etc would have been helpful.
