"Ensuite shower very disappointing wasn't consistently warm, lightning needs to be (should) Improved outside."
Otherwise we were satisfied with the lodge and the other facilities inside were more than adequate. Just to add wether this is relevant, at night the site is very dark and dangerous for some people But didn't put us off enjoying ourselves

"The location was excellent, offering both a peaceful atmosphere and good access to local attractions."
The house itself felt warm and inviting, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommended Mon for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

"We had a great family holiday for 4 nights, the accommodation is a fantastic base for exploring the area & the site it’s on is stunning."
I would mention the en-suite shower seems to have an issue with water pressure & it wouldn’t work properly, but that’s just a minor problem which I guess is easily fixed. All in all our time spent in Windermere was fantastic!! This was our 4th holiday in the Lake District & it gets better every time, it’s an incredible place to visit.

"The lodge was beautiful and new."
It was very clean however we did find a few things from previous guest under the footstool and beds(didn't bother us ) the location on the park was great too and very quiet. The things provided in the lodge were a nice touch( hand wash, fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, cleaning products and toilet roll) this just makes things so much easier on arrival. The only issue we had was we couldn't get the shower in the ensuite to have hot water. It ran cold then went warm for a few seconds then cold again. The one in the other bathroom was great, lovely and hot so wasn't a problem for us. I would highly recommend this lodge and would definitely stay again.
