"Excellent stay, enjoyed the accommodation"

"This studio is great, ideal for solo holidaymakers as well as couples."
Location great as it central to both Bowness and Windermere. Good to have the driveway parking spot and sitting area in the well tended garden. Shower room and kitchen fittings very modern, good jet on the shower. Nice welcome basket provided. Paul and Stella very welcoming and approachable. I would book again.

"Great place to stay."
Lovely quiet location. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean.

"I loved this place and can't wait to go again!"
! The only negative i could say is you have to park your car pretty close to the hedge, apart from that, can't fault anything, it was perfect!! Immaculately clean and tidy. Switch the radiators on and its lovely and cosy really quick. I'm not the best at following a Sat Nav when it comes to getting to the Property. I drove passed it twice, but it was dark when I arrived. This place is so peaceful and a lovely view. Its a good walk into Windermere but that's what you do when you come to the Lakes, walk up and down hills. The owners are on the same site but leave you to it unless you need them, very friendly.

"Clean, well equipped and comfortable but be prepared to duck and bend in the living room and bathroom due to sloping ceilings."

"Very friendly owners."
They live next door to the accommodation, but this felt comforting as any issues we had we could have just knocked on their door. Would definitely go again.

"A unique, cosy place."
Ideal for a break for a couple or even a lone traveller. Some of the highlights:The accommodation was spotless and so many little things had been thought of, incl a lovely little welcome pack which contained shortbread, tea and coffee, milk in the fridge. Also little bottles of wine and Kendal Mint Cake. Paul and Stella were always available but not interfering. The ensuite was very clean and the water was very hot in the shower. Lovely, well kept garden to sit in. It was lovely to sit out in the evening and all you could hear were birds singing. All in all a really pleasant stay, wish we had been able to stay longer. Thank you Paul and Stella for our wonderful experience
