"There were no instructions on the use of the electric Cooker or the Microwave."
We notified your office on Monday regarding the above, but we were disappointed not to receive an acknowledgement from you or the owners. We also felt that a heavier curtain in the bedroom would provide more comfort.
Thank you for bringing to our attention the need for a heavier curtain in the bedroom, we have now fitted a lined thermal blackout curtain. Our apologies that we were unable to contact you during your stay, thank you for alerting us about the lack of instructions, it was our oversight, and the missing instructions are now in the information folder. We hope to welcome you back in the future -the owners. Property Owner
