"Overall VERY disappointed for the following reasons- The directions to find the actual caravan were hopeless, with no number on the caravan, took an age to find, what3words or a number on the outside would have made things much easier."
The caravan had an unpleasant smell upon entering, the outside area was covered in weeds and the outside seating were very tatty and rusty. NO towels, despite the details saying they were included !!!!!! Heating controller took almost a day to find, not where it was supposed to be and eventually found tucked away by the microwave. The one saving grace is that the site itself is very nice, but this owner doesn't really seem to have a clue on presentation or basics to make life easier for customers. Would definitely not book again.
I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. I have checked the directions we gave you and they are accurate, and the caravan number is next to the front door. The caravan is deep cleaned after each stay, and we didn't notice an unpleasant smell the morning of your arrival. I apologise our cleaner missed the towels for your stay, if you had let us know sooner we would've dropped some off straight away. We will be more vigilant in the future and hope to welcome you back Property Owner
