• "We had a lovely stay at Lands Brow Lodge."

  It was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a stay. It is in a lovely position - quiet and peaceful and relaxing. The bed is comfy, the shower is one you don’t want to get out of and the cinema room is an added bonus that we thought we wouldn’t use but spent each evening up there enjoying the space! The beautiful Lake District is on the doorstep to explore and we would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  The place was spotless and Barbara was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs. There was nothing we didn’t like and we especially loved the projector room upstairs as well as the abundance of blankets to keep us nice and cozy. There is everything you could possibly need to have an enjoyable stay and everything has clearly been very well thought out. Thank you Barbara!

• "A wonderful little place in a wonderful area, peaceful, picturesque, just so relaxing."

  ..The lodge is equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater, you also have the luxury of a recliner sofa...A fabulously comfy bed with a top notch duvet and pillows and a shower which you don't want to get out of and of course spotlessly clean throughout...I would definitely be up for a return visit...

• "We have had a delightful 10 day stay at Lands Brow Cottage."

  The cottage was very well decorated and exceptionally clean and cosy and was just what we were looking for! The cottage itself is located in a very quiet location and peace and quiet was what we were looking for!! The reclining sofas and log burner were absolute bliss after a days walking round the incredible lakes ! We will be returning in the New Year.

• "Lands Brow Lodge is the perfect retreat for a restful & peaceful break."

  The Lodge is very comfortable with every facility you could need & a fantastic cinema room to boot! Host Andy was very helpful with insights into the surrounding areas. We found wonderful walks, great places to eat (Oddfellows Arms, Caldbeck serves great food). We visited Silloth & Maryport and drove along the coast (Lifeboat Inn @ Maryport serves great food too). Carlisle is a good shopping town & has some wonderful walks and historic places of interest. We had a lovely time & will definitely revisit.

• "We had a brilliant stay in Lands Brow Lodge."

  Well designed, comfortably furnished, and all the mod cons you might want. The sunny patio with garden furniture was wonderful, too. The owners clearly take great care of the property, and have created a relaxing, welcoming, and peaceful holiday retreat. The Lodge is well placed for walks, and is near places of interest, as well as the Lake District. We have no hesitation in recommending a holiday at LBL.
