"A gem of a place to spend time ,we were new to the area and despite the weather were able to get out and about and visit places nearby ."
The property was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I do think a visitors book would be helpful as guests could share their views on nearly places to eat/drink and visit. Would love to visit again if we were in the area. Highly recommended.

"This for us this was a magnificent bungalow tucked away from the main road,fitted and equipped with everything you could possibly want in a holiday home,the beds are super comfy,bathrooms are well finished,and great secure parking,we'd love to come back,and would recommend all day everyday!"

It's very well equipped, and having two bathrooms was wonderful. There is an excellent pub nearby and a very good restaurant five or ten minutes walk down the road. We would definitely stay there again.

"The bungalow is beautifully decorated, clearly a new property and time has been taken to get the decor just right."
The bedrooms are both a good size, showers lovely. The open plan living area is stunning. No complaints although both toilet seats were loose, it isn’t summer but we would’ve benefited from a table and chairs outside. The parking wasn’t clear, we parked right outside the property, there was a drive opposite which we thought could’ve been parking but it could do with a sign if that’s for use. The bin hadn’t been emptied in the en suite, no major issue for us but others may not be to pleased. All in all we would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for a great weekend.

Also there was no patio furniture. Draw for cutlery need a sign or similar.

"What a lovely cottage."
Beautifully clean and furnished to a high standard. The owners have really thought of everything and there are some lovely extra touches that made the stay more enjoyable. This house had everything we needed and more for our weekend stay. The owners were lovely and had we needed anything were available. We were using the house as a base for a weekend of Radio2 party in the park and chose Adlington because of the railway station. We visited three of the village pubs and were welcomed in all. I would certainly recommend The Bungalow.

"What an amazing place."
Our stay was fmdue to home renovation and we couldn't want for more. The Bungalow was spotless the bed was huge the choclates left me heavier. Jim is an amazing host and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We went in as strangers and left as friends.
