"We visited ingleton for a family weekend, stayed in barns 1,2&3, we were really impressed with the standard of finish to each individual barn."
They are all so cosy and warm especially after a long days walking with the dogs. Location is fantastic, a short walking distance to the nearest pub. We will definitely be returning in the near future. The communication with Matt was faultless, he could not do enough for us during our stay. We felt very welcome throughout the weekend. Would highly recommend staying in any of the three barns.

"Absolutely beautiful property Very well thought out with all top end furniture and fittings."
Mattress was very comfortable, probably the best I've slept in, in a holiday cottage, thankyou! There were literally two things missing, firstly a hoover, we normally always bring one on holiday with us but decided we were traveling light this time. We use vac bags for our dog beds and couldn't pack them up without a hoover and if course we couldn't keep the very beautiful house spic and span. Secondly sadly apart from the bunk room there's no view of the beautiful rolling countryside, but that's not something that can be changed with a 400 year old property

"Outstanding accommodation, clean and well appointed."
It was lovely that Matt popped by to explain a few things to us and recommend places to visit.
-
"The cottage itself is really lovely, really modern, beds were comfy, just not the pillows for us, personal preference though."
I would say it needs more kitchen baking trays for the oven. A play area for children in the grounds would be great, may depend on how many family’s stay through the year. All round beautiful place though.
-
"Beautiful cottage with excellent facilities, great views and high quality furnishings."
Hosts were very helpful, friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend!
-
"This is an excellent property, in a great location."
Everything about it was faultless, much better quality than anything we've stayed in before. The owners have clearly taken a great deal of care in restoring the property and they should be very proud of the standard achieved. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore the dales.

"Had a lovely stay at the Coach House."
Matt was really helpful and very responsive. No issues at all. Gorgeous furnishings and high quality appliances made it feel luxurious. Loads to do around the area and the local pubs were dog friendly and served great food and drinks ☺️
-
"A homely cottage with all the comforts of home and more."
Spacious parking and a great location for exploring the local area and also getting further afield to the lake district. A comfortable welcoming pub around the corner for refreshments was an added bonus.

"The most amazing property we have ever stayed in!"
It had everything we needed and more! Beautiful cottage - inside and out. Many well thought out features, including all the equipment we could need in the kitchen and even bowls for the dogs. The showers were superb and the beds were super comfy. The enclosed garden was perfect and secure for our little dogs and for us to relax in on sunny evenings. WiFi was great and very easy to connect to plus the smart TV had Netflix, Disney+, etc. so lots to keep us entertained! Set in a stunning location with many wonderful walks and days out close by, plus a great pub just up the road. The perfect spot to explore the Dales. Super friendly and helpful host - thank you. We had a wonderful week here and are already planning to come back next year.

"Fantastic Location , Local pub a few minutes away which provides delicious food."
Excellent starting point for wonderful walks, Ingleton falls worth the £10. Cottage warm and welcoming, will definitely stay here again
-
"Absolutely fantastic place, clean and well equipped, perfect location to visit the coast or the lakes and some really good walks."
If i had to give a negative it's the thin curtains, the light beams in very early and if you are staying in the rear downstairs room and the neighbours put the outside lights on its like Blackpool illuminations.

The property is in a superb location and we would highly recommend it.
-

"Great location and beautiful cottage"

"A truly wonderful stay in this perfect cottage."
Attention to detail was first class and the furnishings were extremely good quality. Beautiful bedrooms one on the ground floor and the other upstairs, didn’t use bedroom 3 but anyone with children wouldn’t be disappointed. A full bathroom downstairs with a large shower and bath and washing facilities, upstairs a smaller bathroom with shower and toilet which was handy during the night. These cottages are dog friendly and with beautiful slate tiles on the floor was ideal. Cooking facilities were brilliant and perfect for self catering. Log burner and under floor heater for the cooler months are great. The owner was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Easy access up the driveway and lots of lovely views, walks and a nice pub on the doorstep and a short walk into Ingleton. All in all perfect and we didn’t want to leave!!
