"Beautiful grounds."
Ideal location.very expensive for something so basic.not even a clock.
Hello Lynn and thanks very much for your review. Really pleased that you loved our beautiful five acres of grounds and our ideal location in the Yorkshire Dales. The prices charged are set by Sykes using their expert knowledge of thousands of holiday properties around the country, and we feel like ours are very competitive. Our lodge is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday but apologies if a lack of a clock had an impact on your stay with us Property Owner

"We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 of our granddaughters ages 6 and 11."
The lodge was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and pillows were nice and soft. The towels were large and of good quality .The little play park was a bonus and so was the telephone kiosk which had DVD's and books for us to borrow which filled the time in when it rained. The gardens were well kept. We saw rabbits and squirrels which added to our enjoyment. We would definitely recommend this lodge. It was nice that there was plenty of space between the lodges .
Hello Michelle and thanks so much for your great review. I'm delighted that you found our lodge to be really comfortable and that you loved the five acres of space to play in, enjoy, and even spot a bit of our local wildlife! Hope to welcome you back again sometime soon Property Owner

"The log cabin was as described, very clean and comfortable in a lovely quiet position handy for visits to large towns."
The only issue was the small TV, the first couple of days the weather was not too good so we had to stay in, I had to wear my glasses to watch it, this was not a criticism for the accommodation its just my opinion. The site manager was always there with his dog and 2 cats so the site was always safe,we would stay there again.
Hello David. Thanks so much for your great feedback and really glad that you had a comfortable and cozy stay with us. Hope to welcome you back again soon! Property Owner

"Had a fab four day break and wish it had been longer."
Well situated for lots of days out plus Ingleton Village is lovely. The lodge had everything we needed with well kept grounds. We didn't want to go home and nor did the dog!

"We've just returned from a 4 night break at the Cedar cabin, family of 4 (kids aged 2 and 5)."
They loved the little play area and just the vast area they had to run around, it felt very safe for them. The cabin itself is nice and cosy but feel it needs a little updating, and a good clean! There was a lot of dust on top of the doors and down the sides of the bed, and the bed sheets had a few marks on them. We stayed in the double room, the bed wasn't the comfiest and there was only one pillow each. Also, my partner is 6'4 so couldn't stretch out because of the panel at the end of the bed. My son (5) slept in the twin beds pushed together and our daughter was in the travel cot that was provided. They both slept absolutely fine. It stated on the ad that there was a BBQ but we never found it. I'm sure if we'd asked for one though, it would have been provided. There was plenty to do within a short distance of the site, our favourite was Morecombe seaside town which the kids loved and was only a 35 minute drive away. We would definitely return back to Pinecroft in the future!
Hello Hayley and thanks very much for your feedback. I'm really glad you enjoyed our cozy lodge and that the children loved our playground and five acres of secure open space. I'm sorry that there appears to have been some issues with the lodge clean before your arrival and hope that this didn't impact your enjoyment too much. I'm delighted you are looking forward to returning to Pinecroft again in the near future! Property Owner

"We have had a lovely week in Cedar Lodge."
The site is beautifully kept and we didn't have to travel far to go to nearby attractions. The site is dog friendly (we took our long lead which fastens into the grass and she was happy outside watching the squirrels and rabbits!) We recommend visiting Clapham nature trail and Ingleton falls trail. The lodge had everything we needed and the site manager was very helpful. The site 'library' in the phone box was delightful.
Thanks very much for your review and I'm delighted that you and your dog had a lovely time in our lodge and really enjoyed the five acres of green space that surrounds it! I'm really pleased that you loved our location on the southern border of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and had the opportunity to visit many of the beautiful natural sites locally. Hope to welcome you back again soon! Property Owner
