  • "We had a lovely week at Hollybush."

The lodge is beautiful with amazing views and is very private. Every morning we would be visited by three deer out in the grass. The lodge was immaculate and can’t be faulted. Dave and Laura were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back soon!

  • "What a wonderful peaceful lodge."

Hollybush was private, luxurious and the view was amazing. We saw a family of deer every day ,a kestrel and barn owl were frequent visitors Also,we really enjoyrd the R.A.F jets flying over,a real treat.. The staff were amazingly friendly. We weren't disturbed once and hollybush is very private. Just a few niggles but not important. The showers were a bit slippy with no grab bars,my hubby who's waiting hip replacement struggled with that, No iron When the sun was shining into lodge the TV screen couldn't be seen,as blinds thin and top of patio windows had no cover to block it out. No tv in bedroom. But all in all wonderful, we had the best time. It was a treat for my 66th birthday. And I wasn't disappointed. We will definitely be back. Hopefully by then we can hike again after hubby hip replacement. We adore falls park, and highly recommend. Thanks from Ann & Chris xx

  • "Wonderful!! We had a fabulous week at Hollybush Lodge"

. It is in the most beautiful setting, with access to the falls trail, and deer wandering by every day. The lodge is spacious and very clean, with everything we could have needed… except a washing machine. We will definitely visit again. Thankyou Dave and all the team… you do an excellent job.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us & that the deer came to visit you during your stay, we're very lucky to have so much wildlife here for our guests to enjoy. • "Hollybush lodge was beautifully decorated and immaculate, the furniture is very comfortable ."

It is in a nice quite setting in Falls Park which is well maintained. We had a short break of 4 nights . The only thing that wasnt clear is that you cant park beside the lodge, it simply said off road parking and the pictures dont show the parking spaces at the top of the sloped enterance to the lodges..There is an area at the bottom of a short sloped driveway that can be used to load/ unload and turn but the car has to be returned to the parking spaces.I didnt have a problem but if you have mobility issues the 1st lodge is nearer to parking spaces and not on such a slope and does not require the short walk up hill to collect the car.We had a 90 year old with us who uses 2 sticks. She did manage the sloping path from the turning area up to lodge with a little help. It didnt stop her from enjoying the lodge, we all enjoyed our time there. It is just information that would help with the choice of lodge booked as all 3 are equally lovely. Thank you

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us & apologise if the parking situation wasn't made clear upon booking. We hope to see you again in the future. Property Owner
