"Loved the lodge as it was lovely and clean, bright and airy and exactly as advertised."
Had everything in it we needed to prepare and cook meals. Ideal as a quiet getaway. Good for people with limited mobility. Just a few steps onto the veranda and then all flat. Ideal large walk in shower as well. Would love to go back again. Only thing I would recommend is a clothes maiden for the laundry room for items you wouldn't put in the tumble dryer.

"This was a very nicely presented property with good quality components throughout."
No pets is important to us as my wife has an allergy to pet hair. The private location and safe parking are also a plus. The only small negative is the lack of wifi. Another important plus is the cleanliness of the property which was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

"This is the second occasion that we have stayed in one of these lodges and on both occasions we have been very satisfied."
They are well maintained, comfortable and we have enjoyed the peaceful setting. We would certainly consider staying again.
-
"Amazing property ,although we only got to stay one night of our holiday due to unexpected hospital appointment, it was the most amazing experience, would love to come again."
. Thankyou
-
"Lovely lodge in a very peaceful location."
All kitchen facilities were there. Lovely and modern. Bedding and towels provided with also washing machine and dryer. Hair dryers provided in both bedrooms. Only downside was no Wifi available and not great coverage with your own 5G.

"Beautifully presented clean holiday accommodation, beds comfy with luxury bedding, excellent showers."
Just the sofa was worn and hard to sit on, not very comfy. Although Sykes advertise Wi-Fi at property there was not, also Sykes advertise No Dogs but the information folder in the living room and a framed Doggie to do / not to do info page hanging in hallway of property gave impression that dogs are allowed.

"Our family had 2 lodges Wren and Robin so we dotted between the 2 which was exciting for our 2yr old grandson!"
Robin lodge was equipped well for our needs! We love sitting out on the decking even although the weather was a bit chilly! Very relaxing! Wifi would be a bonus especially with little ones we were aware there wasn’t any as we have stayed before! All in all a relaxing week away for our family! Will plan another trip!

"Our stay in Robin was excellent, I will recommend Milton Park lodges to our friends and family"
-
"We had a wonderful relaxing stay, our 3rd time on thus site."
Only one thing made it difficult was the lack of Wi-Fi especially as the mobile coverage is very thin in the lodge's. Otherwise a very good enjoyable break. Thank you.

"It was such a pleasure to stay at Robin Lodge in terms of being well equipped, comfortable, spacious, clean, with a lovely decking area."
An ideal location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, with a good range of local pubs serving food, restaurants and cafes. Amazing walks nearby and the Liverpool to Leeds canal, ideal for cycling. The only way in which this fantastic lodge could be improved would be to have access to WiFi.

"An excellent stay at Robin lodge in peaceful surroundings , you couldnt ask for anything more regarding the lodge."
Everything you needed was there, beautifully furnished and done out to a very high standard. We had a problem with the tv when we arrived which was remedied efficiently with 1 quick phone call to the owner of the lodge. Well done and thankyou to Robin lodge for a most enjoyable stay

"We had an excellent holiday."
Our accommodation was excellent. Please note that this is the second time I have submitted a critique for this property.

"Well equipped to a high standard, comfortable lodge BUT no WIFI which was not mentioned specifically on the description (I assumed in this day and age!"
!!). I agree with other reviewers about the site in terms of potentially crowded when further lodges built (currently nine or ten lodges on the site with a further five or six to be built), the electronic gate that stuck open for the last three days and the road needing improvement. The location was superb, near to the village with river and canal very close. Glorious Dales countryside on the doorstep. Would recommend but with reservations. Could be noisy in school holidays but very quiet for us in early June..

"Really loved the lodge and site, road could be improved and gate, not as clean as would have liked mainly kitchen, dirty crockery in cupboard, could do with an airer in laundry room, needs bathmat non slip in bath as wife slipped getting out could have been nasty."
Dont know if fans provided for hot weather, these are very minor observations, would go again in a heartbeat, lovely experience, lovely village, lovely scenery, and perfectly situated.

"Very nice comfortable lodge."
Had everything we needed except my wife would have liked a full length mirror in the property. The lodges are very close together and not very private and I see more are planned in a small area which will make it very crowded.

"This is our 3rd visit to these lodges and we’re not disappointed."
Good standard of cleanliness, however the access road to the lodge could do with some upgrading and the gate didn’t seem to be working. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend.
