  • "We had a really brilliant stay."

Very nice building and excellent parking. Everything provided, light, clean and comfortable. A sweeper of some kind would be beneficial for crumbs in the kitchen area.

Architect has down a fantastic job in connecting the building. Comfy beds and wonderful furnishing. Love the outdoor space and all the mod cons that combine for a perfect stay.

  • "Beautiful cottage in a great place for exploring North Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire."

The cottage was very clean and prepared. It was great to find milk in the fridge for a cup of tea on arrival. Thanks. Well equipped in the kitchen, comfortable lounge and bed. There was some road noise which we didn’t notice after the first night and ear plugs and eye masks were provided but not needed. Lovely garden area with chairs and tables. Great holiday. Thanks.

  • "The Smithy has recently been renovated and decorated to a very high standard."

The bathrooms are luxurious with thick white plush towels and Champneys bubble bath and bath oil provided. The kitchen had everything we needed with lots of extras you don’t find in other accommodation. All the appliances were high quality. The garden area was private and a sun trap with garden furniture, sun loungers and towels for these provided. We loved watching the few cows and their calves when they came into the meadow each day. It is in a good location for visiting the various sights and towns of Lincolnshire. We found the information pack very useful and informative. The delicious biscuits, cake and Prosecco left for us were very thoughtful and welcome. Whilst this was not the cheapest property we could have booked, the furnishings, cleanliness and all the extras made this worth every penny. We would definitely stay here (or the adjoining property - The Forge) if we are in the area again. Don’t hesitate to book it!
