"Overall, the stay was very pleasant."
I was a bit surprised to find a bag of smelly, wet facecloths in the bedside table drawer and pyjamas in the same drawer. The kitchen bin has seen better days. Other than that, the chalet was clean and comfortable, with a great location. The "checking-in" procedures and instructions were clear and easy to follow. The welcome milk and cookies were a lovely and welcoming addition; thank you.
Apologies for not checking drawers we don’t normally do last minute bookings as things are too rushed a good lesson for us, thanks for your feedback Property Owner
