"Great place to stay!"
We will be back for sure. The pool was a huge hit with our children and the house has everything you need. The host was great too; happy to tell us where to go locally, helped to maintain the pool and generally a really a nice guy. The owners dog, Ozzie was the star of the show!!! My children are desperate for a dog and having him around made their week! They didn’t want to leave him. See you again Ozzie :)

"Ideal place for quiet relaxing break Cake and Prosecco a kind welcome gesture ..."
Ideal place for quiet relaxing break Cake and Prosecco a kind welcome gesture The house has too many personal items, photos and kitchen especially cluttered with over 20 cookbooks on side It would benefit from file for instructions for equipment available to use No cupboard in kitchen for own food, yet spices and other foods left available to use majority were out of date so need removing File with local places to visit would also be of benefit Outside needed some attention, lots of weeds on driveway and patio area, including nettles by side of house Lovely to see the deer in the garden and the blackbird nest on the patio wall We also heard an ow several times Comfortable beds which is so essential on a holiday

"Lovely and clean everywhere."
Well equipped kitchen. Found the seating in the family room too close to the large tv so had to use the seating at the end of the room with the tv angled on the swivel arm which wasn’t a problem. Because there is so much equipment and food items in the cupboards we struggled a little finding somewhere to put our food, so freeing up a little cupboard space would be beneficial. Some leaflets relating to places to visit would also be of benefit to guests. All in all though a nice place to spend a week or so.
It was a pleasure hosting you ! We have made more space available since your feedback and appreciate your suggestions. Hope to see you again . Jackie Property Owner

"Really lovely location and property."
Gorgeous , quiet property , very clean and comfortable with lots of lovely finishing touches from welcoming coffee pods , to chocolate cake which was very much appreciated . The pool was clean and heated , the zip wire kept the children amused and the location was a great base to explore Lincolnshire and the surrounding area. The games went down well and Netflix after a busy day to relax . Symon and Jacqui where contactable for any questions and were very helpful . Believe they had thought of everything you coukd possibly need . Thanks
Thanks you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted to host such lovely guest and hope to see you again soon . Jackie Property Owner

"Excellent, comfortable well maintained and stylish accommodation."
Everything you could want and more all in excellent order. We wanted a quiet, comfortable and self contained break in the countryside- and that’s exactly what we got. Could not recommend more highly.

"From booking of the cottage the communication was great, nothing to big or too small."
Welcome pack emailed to make us aware of accessing property, departure times. The cottage was outstanding looked like something out of a movie, the gardens looked like a disney film being greeted by rabbits and deer. The facilities were great, having a full working kitchen with all the utensils you could imagine enabled us to make quick hearts meals that didn't take time to allow us to spend quality time as a family playing games, exploring the local area, swimming in the heated pool. We were made aware of housekeeper and gardener visits and they did not cause any disturbance to our break. I would highly recommend the coach House to anyone wanting complete rest and relaxation. We will be visiting in the future I am sure.
Thanks you so much for your comments ! We really want our guests to have a relaxing time and try to help in anyway possible . It was a pleasure hosting such a lovely family . We would be delighted to have you back again . Jackie Property Owner
