"Listed as having WiFi totally inaccurate, nothing connects to it even the smart TV's in the Van do not work with it ."
Had to use own mobile hotspot to use them so will need good data plan , rest of rental was fine particularly the hot tub and impressed with the site very well kept with some lovely views....will return but not here .
Mr Casey apologies about the wifi issue. Sometimes sites like these the connection isn’t the best. However the views are. The whole idea for holidaying at a site like this is to connect with nature and the views. There was nothing that can be done if the signals are jammed considering the air base is right next to the park. To keep you updated the internet is working absolutely fine. There was never an issue in the first place as this was personally checked the day you left by myself. I’m not sure how you could not connect the TV to the internet. Thank you for staying with us. "Overall a lovely lodge facing the lake."
Very comfortable and clean. Hot tub was super. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack with instructions for the heating and hot water etc. The tv’s in the bedroom are totally at the wrong angle to watch in bed, would be better on a swivel bracket. The decking was cleaned when needed, because of the over-hanging trees. Although we were expecting to take our own towels, we did not expect to have to buy toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets when they wanted us to use the dishwasher on the last day. Please be careful of steps up to the decking as they were very slippery.

"Impressed with on-site customer service - the hot tub had a leak 2 days into my vacation."
Park staff were on it as soon as I reported the issue (on a Sunday morning) and sorted it by the afternoon. The caravan was very comfortable and clean. Location on the lake was perfect and peaceful. Will definitely return.
Thanks for an amazing feedback Dhru. Apologies on the hot tub issue again. I’m glad we could fix this issue straightaway. Look forward to seeing you again. Property Owner

"There were a couple of issues before/early in the booking, but they were both resolved and ended on a happy note!"
Apart from the issues above, it was a fantastic break. The location of the caravan was incredible, right on the lake with a great view of Tattershall castle. The caravan itself was immaculately clean, modern and tidy. Honestly the best caravan We've ever stayed in. It feels like we struck gold with this one, truly breathtaking. We loved it, and if you'll have us, we may well come back.

"The accommodation was spacious and clean."
The owner sorted a slight problem for us immediately thank you. We stay in many lodges/caravans throughout UK and whilst we found the kitchen to be well equipped, essential items such as washing up liquid, bath hand soap and more than 1 toilet roll are needed. We have always been able to access a hairdryer and iron but these were not available and we had to take our own on this occasion. Information about the appliances, site and surrounding places to visit/eat would have enhanced our stay.
Hi Christine many thanks. The cleaner would normally leave a bunch of toilet rolls etc under bathroom cabinet. I’m unsure how they were difficult to locate on this incident. Rest assured feedback taken on board and will aim to correct on your next visit Property Owner
