"Beds very comfortable."
Some initial concern with regulating heating but Suzi popped in and advised. Found all kitchen equipment we needed. Dining chairs rather uncomfortable, so we ate up ad settled down in the lovely sofas to natter. Location good with direct bus into Lincoln, or Park and Ride at Waitrose. Coop round nearly every corner for extra supplies. We didn’t eat out (don’t like night driving) but there were pubs, cafes etc quite close.

"Beautifully presented cottage and lovely owner."
Please could she provide more tea towels as 2 for a week is not sufficient, or tell guests to bring their own. A pair of tongs would have been a big help.
-
"This is an excellent holiday property, spotlessly clean, comfortable and peaceful."
An en-suite to every bedroom, a lovely garden to sit in and relax and the icing on the cake was the bean to cup coffee machine! The hosts were friendly and helpful over text. Top marks, would highly recommend.
-
"This a great property, really spacious with all of the facilities you could want."
Decorated and furnished to a high standard it’s probably one of the best rental properties we have stayed in. Good location for visiting Lincolnshire. Thanks for a great stay.

"Great property, with excellent open plan facilities, and comfortable en-suite bedrooms."
The next door property (No. 57) makes it ideal for a larger group.

Suzi checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything. The box of goodies was a nice touch. The village has everything you need from supermarket to takeaways. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We will be back!

"The house was very comfortable, and great for our three generations sharing it."

"Great cottage in a lovely location."
Well presented and extremely comfortable
-
"Clean and comfortable, adequate base for our tours around the area."
Was disappointed there were two properties on the site. Had to buy mugs to fit coffee machine (we asked but no joy). Not the warmest welcome we have ever had. Would not stay again.
We are very disappointed that you have left this negative feedback regarding our property however, Sykes description of the property clearly states that there are 2 barns on the site. The other property was vacant throughout your stay so we fail to see how this affected you. The coffee mugs have never been questioned by any previous guests, you were not using the coffee machine correctly in spite of advice given by us at the time. Property Owner

"We had such a lovely time here."
Everything was spotless and all recently renovated which made it all feel fresh and clean. The driveway could be shut with a gate which was perfect for my two kids who were using their bikes and scooters. The added touches such as the BBQ were definitely a bonus. We loved it.
