"We had wonderful peaceful week at the Hayloft."
It was spotlessly clean on our arrival with a lovely welcome basket to make brew and settle in. It's location is perfect for touring Lincoln and the Wolds. Would definitely stay here again.

"Lovely barn conversion in a quiet spot which although attached to another felt secluded."
Met all our needs (apart from dishwasher). Lack of hanging space in bedroom. One of us found bed a little uncomfortable and pillows were too soft and thin. Apart from that everything else was great.

"Beautiful well-kept property, in a lovely area the property owners always on hand, if needed, if I’m ever in that area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the hayloft at Warren house."
-
"Comfortable and very clean property ideal for a couple."

"This cottage continues to be my 'go to' when I'm in the area."
I need accommodation circa every month and always stay here. The cottage is well appointed, clean, comfortable and the area is peaceful/relaxing. There are some great pubs in the area for meals out, all within a 5 mile radius! Thank you for another great stay.

"An exemplary property in an idyllic, tranquil setting."
Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and finished to a very high standard. Everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday along with friendly, helpful owners. Tea, coffee, cakes and milk also provided. A perfect base to explore what Lincolnshire has to offer and just a short, traffic-free, scenic journey to the local shops. I would highly recommend the property and would not hesitate to return. Excellent. Thank you.
Thank you so much Steve for the lovely feedback! I appreciate you taking the time to message here as well:) Hope to see you in the future! Eva and Bill Property Owner

"This is my 3rd or 4th time back at the cottage."
I regularly need to stay in the area to see family and friends. This is the perfect cottage for a short break away for a person on their own or couple. Always a relaxing stay.

"Extremely clean and well presented accommodation in a quiet location."
Kitchen has all of the necessary equipment to cook simple meals. 4K TV was unexpected and the wi-fi was pretty quick. Quite a bit to see and do not too far away - plenty to keep us occupied for the week. We'd definitely recommend The Hayloft.

Very happy with parking arrangements off road. The size of the accomodation was ample for 2 people.

"A very comfortable stay in a beautiful and unspoilt part of the country."
Good location for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds countryside and coast. Easy drive to Lincoln e.g. Park and Ride on the north side of the city and local towns such as Horncastle and Louth. The cottage is extremely well equipped and is a really good barn conversion.

"I had a lovely stay at the Hayloft, small but perfectly formed!"
This is a brand new barn conversion that has all the mod cons, tastefully decorated and a huge skylight picture window in the bedroom where you can watch the sky at night or watch the geese, ducks and chickens wander down from the pond to the field adjacent to the property in the day. My New Year stay was lovely the Host had thoughtfully left the twinkly lights up to make it even more special and also a lovely welcome gift of local produce - delightful! The cottage is rural but well located for countryside peace, a short drive to Wragby for supplies, but only 20 mins from Lincoln and Louth. The bed is lovely and comfy and the bathroom has a lovely shower, kitchen was well equipped and the TV and WIFI worked well. The Host and her family were all lovely and welcoming, it was clear that they cared about me enjoying my stay. I will book again.

"Really nice holiday cottage in a nice location and very well equipped."
There are walks from the doorstep on quiet country lanes. The only disappointment is we could not take advantage of the movies on Netflix as you need to have an account to access this.
