"Our second time staying here and again we absolutely loved it."
A few cobwebs and a used tissues left behind the bedside table.
-
"Excellent on site restaurant, had one of the best meals we have had anywhere in the UK."
The cottage was comfortable and quiet, the heating was difficult to control but otherwise had all modern conveniences, the toilet was smaller than we are used to. As the cottage was out in the countryside we were able to stargaze without any light pollution and the weather was unseasonably warm, overall we would recommend a stay here.

"Beautiful cottage."
Decor is great and a relaxing atmosphere. Beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Would be great for a group using connecting cottages. On site restaurant is excellent. Local walks are good and well signposted. Lovely countryside to explore, perfect for Lincoln, the coast and Louth.

"The cottage was very comfortable and homely."
There was TV's in each room. Facilities were left out for you to use bove and beyond the ones stated in the listings and beds were made up on arrival. This was the first time of having a jacuzzi and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner came round every morning to test it and make sure it was up to standard for use. This is a lovely place to go for a relaxing holiday.

"Absolutely incredible, we stayed here for three nights for our wedding day."
Plenty of room for everyone to get ready, also the perfect accommodation to wind down with later. Would definitely recommend.

"We had a wonderful stay at the The Grange Cottage 1!"
We were very impressed with all the mod cons and the aesthetics of the whole cottage! The hot tub and court yard were just lovely and very well maintained. There were a couple things we noticed throughout our stay that could be improved, the main one was that the shower flooded the whole bathroom, as it was quite fierce and forced the water out! Also the reception on the tv’s were not the best. We could only get channel 1 in the living room, in the twin room we could get all the channels but not great reception and then in the double room we had no channels at all. We noticed there was no tin opener too. Lastly, having three women stay, we found that a dressing table or somewhere to do your makeup etc would’ve been useful to of have. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and your cottage is just charming!
