  • "Had a lovely comfortable stay but my only complaint would be there was no privacy in toilet or bathroom with no blinds or curtains in there."

I know they have patterned glass but when light is on and it's dark outside you can still see in there. Other than that very happy.

  • "The chalet was home from home."

The décor is to a very high standard and was very clean. The jacuzzi bath was an added bonus. Couldn't find fault with anything and would recommend a stay. We will definitely be booking again.

  • "I would have given five stars but the let down was no rubbish bags no bin in bathroom and no cleaning cloths the seating at the table wasn’t suitable for older people like us to unsteady and wobbly."

Never the less we did have a good relaxing holiday in spite of these minor problems.

Thank you for your feedback we always take feedback on board, we will look at adding a bin in the bathroom, thank you for your suggestion. The cleaner always leaves a clean bin bag in the bin plus spare, she also leaves a tea towel, dish cloth and sponge scourer out for all guests so I'm not sure what happened there, if there weren't any we can only apologise? We've not received any complaints about the table before most people ask where it is from as they would like the same one themselves! But we will be sure to have a look at it. We do take our feedback very seriously so that we can continue to provide the most welcoming and enjoyable stay for our guests. We are so glad that you enjoyed your holiday and had a relaxing time. Thank you Property Owner

  • "We were very impressed with the welcome pack which was left for us, including chews for the dog."

Everything in the chalet looked fresh and new and it was very well equipped. We would have preferred having blinds at the toilet and bathroom windows for when the lights were on inside but that certainly didn't spoil the stay.

  • "We loved Rolling Dunes!"

The furniture, fittings and facilities were perfect for me, my husband (mobility problems) and our dog. It was warm and comfortable. The welcome basket was just that! Although the garden isn't fenced, it wasn't too much of a problem for us. Fitties Beach is fabulous for friendly dog walking. We parked in the car park located just on the way out of the site. Don't leave without a visit to Papa's Fish & Chips on Cleethorpes Pier - well worth it!

  • "We had a lovely weeks holiday in your cosy cottage with lovely walks right on the doorstep, no need to use the car."

The only problem we had was the size of the fridge which was not big enough for our weeks supplies and had to constantly rotate items.

  • "Well presented cottage, fittings and fixtures high quality, cottage is warm even without the heating on."

Dogs soon found the treats that were left for them. 5 minutes to beach/path and 5 minutes to caravan park shop (very expensive) but local shops only 10 minutes by car. Despite the description saying "well-equipped kitchen/diner featuring all you could need to prepare tasty dishes" there are no ovenproof dishes so i had to go buy some not what i was expecting to have to do after paying £1000+ for my holiday. Not sure what other guests used as no one else has mentioned this. If you are planning to do any cooking there are 3 pans, a stove top casserole, small roasting tin and a baking tray. WIFI is not reliable.

Very clean has everything you need.We had our teenagers with us they just complained about the Internet keep losing signal but it was nice to not have them both plugged in to a screen constantly. We also took our two dogs it's perfect for them too just a few minutes walk to the beach.Lovely and quiet area.We had a welcome basket when we arrived which was a lovely surprise and the dogs had treats too.We would recommend you stay here.

  • "Lovely, modern, clean and good position for visiting lots of places."

.Peaceful area. Brilliant place to bring a pet but needs to be kept on the lead, as garden is not enclosed. Everything supplied within the property. Shops in the local area, within driving distance. Ones on the Thorpe sites are expensive but good for emergency bits. Sand dunes within 10 minutes walk. Best beach area is near the Marina.. Clean and safe. Surrounding areas excellent for walking and taking in the history of the area. Would definitely return. Thank you

Thank you for your lovely comments, we are hoping our laurel hedge grows quickly as it is our aim to have a fully enclosed garden! So glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you again soon! Property Owner

  • "Had a fabulous time at Rollin Dunes, peace and quiet."

The chalet was fabulous it was equiped with everything you need. It was only 5 mins walk to the beach which our dog loved. The pictures do not do the chalet justice. On arrival had a little problem (no electric) quick ohone call to owner and issue sorted in seconds over the phone. The only thing that could be improved on would be an enclosed garden. We will return.

Thank you, we're so pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back. Matt and Kate Property Owner

  • "Lovely property and ideal for dog lovers as nice walks along the beach & coast."

Property had everything and a lovely welcome basket, modern and nice. Only thing I would say is towels would be better if they were bath sheets but that was the only negative. Otherwise a great long weekend away which we really enjoyed.

  • "Really nice chalet, would benefit from a microwave and a better quality bed in the master bedroom."

Squeaky floor in main space was an issue at night, but other than that a really well appointed holiday home.
