  • "A very idillic cottage,in a very nice position, owners very friendly and helpful."

Some very nice villages in the area to visit as well as Grantham reasonably close by.Found some super walks not too far from the cottage,so was good for dog walking. My only negative would be the plumbing in the cottage, not the most powerful, and probably could do with a pump installed.Would definitely recommend though.

Everything you need is in this amazing little cottage. A welcome pack is left by the owners that is beyond anything we've had before. We will definitely come stay again when we need a weekend away to just relax .

  • "A fantastic cottage, lovely, cosy and quiet."

The owners are very friendly, welcoming and not at all obtrusive considering they live nearby. The cottage was lovely and warm for October and the welcome pack was amazing! Greatly appreciated. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Less than half an hour stroll to a great pub. A great little break in a gem of a cottage and highly recommended.

  • "Granary Cottage is a great place to stay."

Located in the small Hamlet of Little Humby near Grantham it provided a base for exploring both locally and further afield. The cottage was clean and very comfortable and provided a Home from Home environment for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, John & Marion and thank them for their personal approach. Highly recommended Many thanks A*****

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at 'The Granary Cottage'."

John and Marion are super lovely people and made us both feel very welcome. Granary cottage is situated in a small hamlet in the grounds of the host's farmhouse. In front of the cottage is a lovely garden area with a table and chairs for you to enjoy the peaceful and quiet location of this property . Indoors we were wowed by the welcome pack of bacon, eggs, mushrooms and sausages, homemade bread and jam plus a bottle of wine. What a lovely surprise that was ! Granary cottage is a warm, well insulated place and provided for a very comfortable stay. We loved the ambience of the place and enjoyed looking through the varied collection of books on the shelves. We will definitely return soon.

  • "A delightful cottage in a pretty village."

It is easy to get to the pretty market towns in the area for a look around. The owners were very welcoming and provided an outstanding Welcome Pack to provide breakfasts for the whole week, The cottage was warm and cosy and you could take what wood you needed from the log store. Just a note about the tv. It says Smart but is not yet connected to the wifi. this didn't bother us however. It also has a dvd so you could take your own discs to watch.

The cottage is exactly as the photos. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. Living area and bedroom are very comfortable and cosy.
