Situated on a quiet country lane in the charming village of North Reston is this delightful ground-floor bungalow, Hall Farm Cottage, resting in an idyllic location within the owner's rare breed Herdwick sheep and arable farm.

Accompanied by friendly free range chickens passing through and beautiful sights such as lambing season in April and May, this property is perfect for a peaceful getaway with family and friends.

Be charmed by this rural haven as you're welcomed by a classic country cottage entrance, kicking off your muddy boots before heading inside the property which is decorated with themes of sheep and farmland.

Stepping through the property, find two inviting double bedrooms, both with their very own TVs and classy décor throughout, providing calming spaces to rest for the night.

Both bedrooms are served by a family bathroom, here you can hop into a hot bubble bath after a long day, or choose to wake up with a brisk shower in the morning.

Unwind for the night in the heart of the home, curling up with a glass of wine in front of the toasty woodburning stove as the TV entertains you, or gather around the sociable dining table for a night of board games in the kitchen/diner.

The kitchen boasts contemporary amenities where you can prepare your delicious home-cooked meals during your stay, including an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher.

Continuing to impress is a handy utility room with a washing machine and a dog bed, next door to a cloakroom.

The beautiful historic market town of Louth is the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The town offers Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. Nearby is Cadwell Park, which plays host to car, bike and kart racing. The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty features gentle rolling hills, quaint villages and superb cycling and walking routes. Just a short drive takes you to the coastal resorts of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, plus Theddlethorpe Nature Reserve has miles of golden sandy beaches and amazing birdlife. Also for those interested in antiques Horncastle and Hemswell are nearby.
