  • "Lovely holiday home."

Not far from the beach and other local attractions. We enjoyed our stay and found the property generally very comfortable. The only downside was the beds upstairs - we'd recommend replacing or repairing them to further enhance the comfort of the property. We'd definitely stay again! Thank you for an enjoyable holiday!

  • "Ideal for our purpose, working locally during the week with weekend break to start."

Easy flat walk to town, front and supermarkets. Warm and comfortable. Totally enclosed back garden, ideal for dogs/children. The downstairs bedroom and en-suite ideal. Had everything needed. Key safe located to the front garden, was dark when we arrived and thought it was actually down the side, but the gate was locked.

  • "Just back from a great holiday at 4 Dorothy Avenue."

Fantastic location - close to train station, Morrisons, Lidl and a short walk to all that Skegness has to offer. Comfortable house and great that we could bring the dog. Loved having en suite downstairs bedroom. Easy for the dog and away from the kids!! Kitchen had everything we needed and nice touch having a dining room. Great place to stay away from the crowds but still near everything.

  • "Quite a nice stay but could have been better."

Living room seems to have a problem with slug trails on the carpet first thing on a morning. Garden area could do with weeding and cleaning. Beds upstairs are very low and can be a problem for those with mobility issues.

  • "Perfect convenient location - right by the train station and a big supermarket, and an easy stroll to the beach, but also on nice quiet street."

The house is beautiful, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches to make the stay pleasant. There was lots to do nearby to entertain ourselves and our toddler for a week. Hosts also agreed to adjust our booking so we could work around rail strikes. Highly recommended!

  • "What a lucky find."

We were in town for the week visiting a relative in hospital. Couldn’t have been closer to the hospital as within 2 minutes walk so didn’t need to drive there every time. The house was extremely comfortable, and as dogs were welcomed it meant that they had a holiday too with a lovely secure garden to enjoy. The kitchen has everything you might need. Thank you for making out stay so home from home
