"Lovely house, very comfortable and well stocked."
Beds really comfy. Having all the dog stuff is a bonus. Easy walk into the city. Having the Arboretum over the road is great to let the dogs get rid of their pent up energy, very safe for being off their lead. Would definitely recommend this house.
Hi Linda Thanks for your feedback, could you let me know if there were any issues on cleanliness so I can take it up with the housekeeper. Thanks Stuart Property Owner

With roadside parking, a private hot tub, and city views, Love Lane Villa invites six to eight guests and a furry friend or two.
On entering the property, you are welcomed into the Victorian tiled hallway, just off it, a snug room, where you can relax and unwind watching movies or take a read through the small selection of books provided.
Beyond here is the room for lounging around as a family before taking a step into the kitchen/diner to enjoy your home cooked foods around the dining table for six.
In this home from home you’ll find everything you need to cook a family feast in the very well equipped kitchen.
Upstairs you will find three welcoming bedrooms, including a king size, a 4'6 double and a twin featuring 3’ single beds, where you can catch your rest.
Outside, make the most of the enclosed garden with an alfresco dinner and a dip in the hot tub after a day of exploring.
Lincoln was a Roman settlement, which is now the popular city of Lincolnshire leaving you only a short walk from local pubs The Adam & Eve, The Morning Star, The Birdcage Pub, and The Dog & Bone, all worth a visit.
Lincoln is well known for its history and heritage, so it is essential you visit Lincoln Castle, Lincoln Cathedral, International Bomber Command Centre (You can see the memorial spire from the back garden!) and don't forget the Museum of Lincolnshire Life.
Opposite the house you’ll find the Arboretum, a Grade II listed park dating back to 1870, the perfect place for a stroll or a walk with your furry friend.
If you fancy a quick break from the city, take a short drive to the Whisby Nature Park in Thorpe on the Hill to explore the beautiful landscapes and take a walk along the trails full of wildlife or venture into the Lincolnshire Wolds and explore the Viking way.
Further afield is Newark-on-Trent, a small, charming town also known for its historical features, where you can visit Newark Castle and Gardens, National Civil War Centre or take a scenic adventure to Balderton Lake.
Enjoy a refreshing city break with friends and family by booking Love Lane Villa.
