The property

The Beaches, 23 Trusthorpe Road is a wonderful cottage in the heart of Sutton-On-Sea, Lincolnshire.

With off-road parking for two small cars, close proximity to the beach, and welcoming up to three well-behaved pets, this delightful retreat is perfect for families or friends seeking a coastal escape.

As you enter, you will be charmed by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped with all the essentials for your self-catering stay.

Adjacent to this, you will find a handy utility room housing a washing machine and freezer, perfect for those longer stays.

The heart of the home is undoubtedly the living/dining room, where you can gather with your loved ones around the dining table for a home-cooked meal, before sinking into the plush sofas and tuning into the Smart TV.
