The property

The Seaside Retreat is a wonderfully presented bungalow, settled in the charming Lincolnshire village of Sutton-on-Sea, an up and coming coastal holiday location.

Sleeping six guests, the contemporary décor and modern comforts, along with close proximity to the beach, make this retreat an excellent choice for families and friends alike and their four-legged companion.

Walk up through the fully enclosed front garden admiring the Mediterranean look of this single-storey dwelling, before entering through the front door, finding decorative Victorian tile-effect flooring.

To the right is the serene sitting room decorated with hues of pale blue, with soft seating to unwind on and a TV to entertain, you can relax in here following days at the beach.

Head through to the stunning kitchen/diner and make use of the quality appliances here amidst the striking white interiors, with a large dining table with bench seating to gather around, along with a TV and large windows looking out to the garden.

Throw open the patio doors and bring the gentle breeze inside, with a spacious patio with seating for alfresco dining and a large lawn for children and pets to play on, with a shed for bike storage too!

An elegant king-size bedroom awaits you at the front of the house with a large wardrobe and mirror, while a second bedroom boasts a twin and finally, the master bedroom boasts a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a TV and access to the beautiful patio and garden, a perfect spot for a morning coffee.

Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, complete with contemporary subway tiling in a pale blue to match the rest of the property's interiors, with a bath and overhead shower.

From your doorstep, stroll into the village to find a host of amenities for your self-catered stay, including shops, pubs, restaurants and a beach bar.

Enjoy walking along the miles and miles of sandy beach that cover the Lincolnshire coastline, with Sutton-on-Sea boasting Blue Flag award-winning beaches where you can also bring your dog to!
