"Excellent property excellent location."
.... We was made very welcome and lovely gift basket on arrival with local produce... Owners were available at any time if needed. My family enjoyed everything about the place and can highly recommend

"The cottage from the outside is very picturesque the garden is well maintained and in the courtyard is a beautiful fountain."
As you go into the cottage it is absolutely beautiful very light and spacious. On arrival I was met by a lovely lady who showed us around. The kitchen has everything you need and the owner had left us lovely bread, milk, cheese, butter, Walsh cakes and milk. The two bedrooms are lovely and spacious, the bathroom is very light and done to a high quality. I will definitely be going back next year. The beach is literally a two minute drive and within walking distance. There is also a holiday park with in also a two minute drive with everything you need on there. Milo ( my dog ) didn’t want to come home he loved every minute of his stay as much as me and my mum.

"The property was clean, well presented and extremely comfortable."
Having a fully equipped kitchen we were supplied with milk, freshly laid eggs and locally produced award winning sausages on arrival (so good we bought some to take home). A welcome card with a small tub of dog biscuits was just another nice touch. Situated amongst fields of sheep and new born lambs but just a 15 minute walk down the lane to the beach we had the best of both the countryside and the coast. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

"Cosy and comfortable stay on beautiful North coast of Wales."
Had everything we both needed on arrival, including milk, bread and eggs, tea coffee. Lovely comfy beds and good hot shower, all mod cons and a perfect base to explore the local area. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and on hand if we needed anything at all. We would love to stay again.
