  • "We had a fabulous stay in a fabulous bungalow."

The hot tub and smart tv made for relaxing evenings after busy days. Just a couple of small things that would help. Hooks on bedroom doors for dressing gowns, a couple more larger pans, a new tin opener and long handled brush. Nothing spoilt our time and we have really had a fantastic week so please don't take these suggestions as negatives.

  • "No instructions were left for use of hob and we could not get it to work at all."

A couple of hooks would be useful in the bathroom to hang dressing gown etc. The living room chairs were not comfortable. But everything else was great and we had a lovely time.

  • "Property was nice but the bathroom floods because the shower doors don't go all the way round the cubicle!"

Curtains need changing as they bring in too much light and there was no mention of a road right next to the property!

  • "The accommodation was extremely good as it has been refurbished to an excellent standard."

The cottage was private with easy access and the bubbling river was very pleasant to fall to sleep too. The only recommendation is for a corkscrew to be added to the cutlery draw...... a small issue I know!!!

The property is very clean and well maintained,we liked the garden and the river in the back of the garden ! We highly recommend the house and hopefully we can have another time there !

  • "Lovely property, amazing location, very clean and everything we could possibly need was there."

Our one frustration was the amount of noise and vibration made by the pipes in the second (back) bedroom when the heating kicked in. Literally some us up multiple times throughout the night and in the morning. Great few days in your house though and have recommended to friends. Thank you

This issue has now been resolved. Property Owner

The hot tub was perfect, and very well maintained. Plenty of nearby places to explore the outdoors, and a small town with nice cosy pubs. Very friendly and welcoming. Perfect little 40th birthday retreat, thank you!

Pretty much everything was there that you need . Would be handy to have an airer to hang up wet swimwear. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Ideal place to venture from, most places within easy reach . Hot tub is a terrific bonus and is looked after impeccably well . Garden well maintained . Overall wonderful and we hope to come again.

  • "We really enjoyed our week here in this immaculately clean, relaxing bungalow."

It is such a lovely peaceful setting with the added bonus of a hot tub. A clothes dryer or airier would be useful for when you have been out walking in wet weather, as there is no washing machine but other than that we would definitely recommend it to friends and return ourselves. We spoke to Hayley who was really friendly and helpful when she came to do the hot tub check. Thank you

  • "We have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this modern and spotlessly clean property and can't rate it highly enough."

We walked miles, drove through some stunning scenery, especially the Cwmystwyth Mountain Road which is not for the faint hearted, did a walking circuit of Garreg ddu Reservoir in the Elan Valley and rounded off every day in the hot tub. Would we return to this beautiful property? Yes it is one of the best we have stayed at.
