"Overall everything was good."
Having stayed in lots of different properties we have quite a good idea of what to expect. The owner was very pro-active although you sometimes don't need to be told to take sheets off beds, empty bins, etc! Lovely location, but on a busy road. No shops for 3-4 miles, no problem as we knew this. Weather was great and lots of dog walks near. :-) Thanks.

"Such a special find, excellent location for Aberdovey amd Machynlleth."
The property was exceptionally well equipt and the beds were wonderful, the lovely welcome pack including a bottle of wine, dog treats and pods for the Dolce Gusto coffee mechine were definitely well received by all! Look forward to visiting again soon!

"Lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed, dogs also catered for."

"Cottage was beautiful and cosy and had everything you needed."
Ideally located for Aberdovey, Machynlleth. The hostess Lou was lovely she knew we were travelling with my mother-in-law for a special reason and left her a little gift which was a nice touch. Will definitely be returning next year.

"Just come back from a beautiful weeks stay in this cottage."
It was a perfect base for us to explore local areas. The added touch of balloons on arrival for my sons 15th birthday was amazing, we even got a smile from him!! :) Everything we needed was here - home from home. The views are stunning! The road is busy however it didn't disturb us to much. Thankyou Louise and Andy for letting us stay in your beautiful home x

"Beautiful cottage on the outskirts of Aberdovey."
Very tastefully decorated interior and full of lots of extras that made it very welcoming.
Thank you Jennie, I'm pleased you enjoyed your holiday and your welcome basket - we do try and think what we would like if we were going away and to incorporate it in the cottage. Nothing worse than forgetting olive oil or a sauce, vinegar etc. I do hope you will visit us again.

"Well equipped cottage, spotlessly clean."
Excellent location for the Wales coastal path. Nice welcome pack of crisps biscuits and wine! Weather was cool so we didn’t sit out in the garden but it was lovely. Excellent communication with the owner at the beginning and end of our stay.

"Lovely cottage in a beautiful part of Wales."

"What a delightful cottage, was well equipped with Fridge freezer, washer and dryer."

"What a beautiful cottage!"
Fully equipped with everything and extra to what a family on holiday would need. The little treats for the dog and humans were much appreciated.
The beds were comfy and the boot room was extremely useful after a wet day out

"Lovely property, a summer stay would be great."
Everything you could possibly need here in the kitchen, really comfortable living and dining areas, really comfortable bed, lovely bedrooms with a great view. Great communication from the owner, absolutely nothing to complain about. Really great service.

"This is a lovely property with lots of home comforts provided."
The kids loved the DVDs and games and we enjoyed sitting in the little garden with views over the fields. The local area is beautiful with access to beaches and hill walking. The bathroom would benefit from an extractor fan, but other than that, it suited us down to the ground.

The small hamlet of Cwrt stands on the edge of the beautiful Happy Valley, located between the ancient town of Machynlleth and the picturesque coastal village of Aberdovey near the southern tip of the Snowdonia National Park. Aberdovey is renowned for its mild climate, sandy beaches, sailing and a championship 18-hole links golf course. The village is often referred to as an "artist's paradise" with its pastel coloured cottages, small shops, inns and excellent restaurants which specialise in local seafood, and it boasts some of the finest beaches in Britain, with four miles of golden sand-dune backed shoreline running north to Tywyn.
