"The only real gripe we have is the beds were so uncomfortable."
You could feel the springs and there was no support in them. Otherwise we had no complaints.
-
"The van was brilliant but the chairs around the table were quite uncomfortable and gave us both back ache and due to me being disabled I found the top step a bit too high to get over but with a push I was over it but otherwise it was a great stay just had rubbish weather."
This is a strange feed back ,and I've pondered it. Because in May it was comfy and relaxing . We still have the same chairs and top step . So I am Confused. Com. ?? Property Owner

"This caravan was very comfortable and provided us with a good base during our visit."
However, the pinned location on the Sykes website, showing it to be close to the sea was completely wrong and it was half a mile from the beach. As the location was the main reason for booking it, we felt that there was room for complaint. Sykes has only offered a vague apology and to ask the owner to amend the listing. Sykes are not accepting any responsibility and are not responding to messages.
Hi, our information pack includes that most amenities including the beach are within walking distance. There is also ample parking at the Showboat club and beachfront. I cannot comment on Sykes reply as they have the same information. I can say that we do not aim to mislead anyone with Bryn Vistas details. I am disappointed that you feel misinformed. Kind regards. "There was a problem with one of the internal doors which was rectified quickly by a friendly and efficient maintenance person, thank you."
We did forget to bring our own hairdryer and thought there might be one in the caravan, unfortunately there wasn't, it might be something to consider in the future. We had a lovely stay in this very comfortable and clean caravan and would be more than happy to return.

"Bryn Vista, was beautiful, with everything we needed, so cosy, it was home, from home, on an amazing holiday park, with the best of both worlds for views, you had the sea and the beauty of the countryside."
Perfection and a big thank you, to the host Mike and Sykes for the recommendation.
