    Very comfortable single beds, a home from home, with all your essential needs. Friendly owner who checked everything was okay with our stay. A good base for exploring the beautiful countryside, lots to see and do, and within easy reach of Aberystwyth with all it's amenities. A very enjoyable stay.

This modern holiday cottage sits in the beautiful, tranquil Melindwr valley, close to the village of Goginan and just a short drive from the coastal town of Aberystwyth.

Set all on the ground floor, Llwynon welcomes families and friends looking to experience this idyllic rural corner of Wales.

After a day of exploring, kick off your walking boots and settle down in the comfortable sitting room, tuning into the 43" Smart TV, connected via ultra-fast fibre Wifi as you look for your favourite shows on TV or on the Netflix subscription available free to visitors, Or you can sit and relax and enjoy the peace and amazing views.

Carry the conversation into the well-appointed kitchen with connected dining room, an ideal space to cook a feast whilst planning the next day's activities.

The large, enclosed garden with its patio and large picnic table is a lovely area to unwind with a cold drink in hand or dine al fresco whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, plus it's perfectly safe for your pooch to run about!

As you look to settle down for the night, enjoy a rinse in the modern shower room before choosing between the double, twin or single bedroom, each comfortably presented throughout.

When you’re ready to explore, there is a fabulous selection of activities in the area, with fishing, local cycle paths and great walking opportunities, as well as nearby golf courses and horse riding.

Head to the Victorian seaside town of Aberystwyth and wander along the promenade, a delightful spot where in the evening you can often see the murmuration of starlings as they come in to roost on the pier.

Then take a trip back in time on the Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway to the famous Devils Bridge falls.

Back in Aberystwyth, take the Cliff Railway up to the top of Constitution Hill with its cliff-top restaurant and the best views of Cardigan Bay!

For outdoor enthusiasts close by is Nant Yr Arian Forestry Centre with its cafe, walks and cycle paths and its famous daily spectacle of feeding the Red Kites at 2pm in the winter and 3pm in the summer.

Also worth visiting are the nature reserve of Ynyslas with its extensive sand dunes and views over the Dovey Estuary and Ynys-hir, offering a fabulous mix of woodland, salt marsh and wet grasslands rich in wildlife, whilst those beach lovers will be drawn to the safe bathing at Borth.

Llwynon provides the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and variety of Mid Wales.

The ancient market town of Aberystwyth, can be found settled on the west coast of Wales. With its name meaning 'the mouth of the river Ystwyth' and set on the west coast of Wales, it offers an abundance of beautiful waters, perfect for watersports or a simple stroll along the Victorian promenade on a summer's day. The town offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, tea rooms, museums, cinema, and the National Library of Wales, providing something for every taste. The scenic 20-mile cycle route and footpath on the Ystwyth Trail, linking Aberystwyth to Tregaron, follows a wonderful woodland and river. A trip on the steam railway from Aberystwyth to Devil's Bridge is a great way to visit the falls. The seaside resort of Borth is just 7 miles away, with its 3 miles of sandy beach and an Animalarium to keep all ages amused. With the ruins of Aberystwyth Castle close by, welsh craft centers and stunning countryside to explore, this is a perfect base for a well-deserved break
