  • "The property was nice and clean , very well equipped ."

Lots of space inside and out . The beds were very comfy . Lots of places to visit near by . On the down side there were no logs for the log burner ( not a problem as there was central heating if needed ) Also there were no towels again not a problem for us as we had taken our own . Both were mentioned in the amenities so could be a problem for others . We also had a problem with the WiFi it went off on day 4 and was still off when we left . We did enjoy our stay

  • "We had a lovely holiday at Tyn Llwyn."

The house is large and the kitchen is well equipped. It was a bit like visiting the three bears cottage as my daughter took on the role of Goldilocks, and checked each bed to find the perfect one!! I would say it would have been good to know before we arrived that there were no towels, but a quick trip to the shops solved that. Also the place could do with an end of season deep clean, especially the oven.

  • "Beautiful holiday home, very secluded not overlooked well only the sheep!"

Very well equipped very comfortable. The river running down the side is the highlight of the property! The children loved playing in it and the sound of it is enchanting.the beds are extremely comfortable, I have stayed in many houses in wales and this is definitely the best , it’s not ultra modern if that what your looking for but it fulfilled all our needs.if I had to say anything it would be maybe a radio could be added and we were a little disappointed there was no welcome pack or tray on entering.would definitely like to stay again .

  • "Disappointed is an understand!"

!! Wish we had known before going that there would be no toilet roll or dish washer tabs, no starter pack for the wood burning stove as stated in the property details. This is not the welcome we were expecting and wasn’t the best start to our holiday. It feels like the owners are trying to make as much profit as possible and forgetting how the small little touches make a big difference.

Eisingrug is a lovely setting - we got the best of autumn colour - very easy access to great coastline and countryside.

After a day of fell walking, kick off your walking boots and slump into the sofa, tuning into the TV whilst the crackle of the woodburner puts you at ease.

Move into the kitchen, where you can sit at the dining table and keep the designated chef company whilst they prepare a hearty-meal, assisted by the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and there’s even a dishwasher to help washing up!

There’s also a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can easily freshen up your wardrobe!

On the first floor you’ll find a family bathroom and four bedrooms one with en-suite shower room and French doors leading into the wonderful garden area.

Make the most of the grounds, with plenty of space for the pooch and children to run, including a seating area with fire pit and along the edge there is a river that is perfect for dipping your toes in on a summer’s day.

From the door there are plenty of walks and cycle trails into the hills, making it a real haven for any outdoor enthusiast.

A short journey away lies Harlech Castle, a medieval fortification built onto a rocky knoll close to the Irish Sea.

Alternatively, spend an afternoon lounging on the Black Rock Sands, perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

Take the short drive to the Italianate village of Portmeirion, designed by Sir Clough Williams Ellis, or you can ride the little steam trains of the Ffestiniog Railway.

Further afield, roughly 50 mins drive away, is the scenic Snowdonia National Park, where you can enjoy adventure at Zip World Ffestiniog.

However you choose to spend your holiday time, look forward to a heart-warming escape at Tyn Llwyn.
