"Accommodation is lovely and the view is amazing."
Will definitely consider another visit.

"Lovely bungalow situated in an amazing part of Wales."
The views are stunning and the house itself has everything you need for a stay away. We didn’t need to contact the owners but the communication before arriving was great. Thanks!
Thank you. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

"The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and the house is in a perfect location."
It overlooks the bay, so you can enjoy sea views and spectacular sunsets from the front room. The location is perfect for days out into all parts of Snowdonia, from the mountains in the north to the Mawddach trail and the Talyllyn Railway in the south. We were a party of five and there was plenty of space for us in the house. It has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Facilities are excellent with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathroom and a washer/dryer. We loved our stay at Trem Y Mor and I highly recommend this property.
Thank you for your kind feedback. Delighted you found the location so good for your activities. We try hard to ensure the property is clean and well equipped, so feedback confirming this is very welcome. Property Owner

House had everything we needed.

"We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely cottage."
The views from the sun room were stunning - our favourite seating area with a glass of wine or 2. The cottage is cosy and has a homely feel and there is everything that you need re cutlery, cups etc, comfy beds and there's a high standard of cleanliness. Would highly recommend

"We have stayed here before, and doubtless will certainly do so again."
The best part is sitting in the sun lounge on a sunny morning, with such a splendid view. Harlech and it's surroundings are very significant to us and as such we will never tire of coming. Furthermore, when we do, the only place we would contemplate staying is Trem y Mor. Many thanks and our regards to Mrs. Summers. Philip and Patricia Heatley

"Trem Y Mor was everything we hoped for."
We know the area very well and have spent many holidays there over many years, having stayed in caravan, hotel and cottage. But we feel Trem y Mor is the best so far. It was even fun finding the bathroom at night, in the dark. So many doors! Many thanks for a great week.

"House owners were easily contactable and very helpful."
Fabulous views and a lovely home to stay in for the week. It had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday.

"It claimed stunning views of the bay and that was certainly correct."
One problem was that the owner lives in Market Harborough and was not readily available to deal with problems. On arrival there was no hot water and the owner controls this remotely. We rang the three telephone numbers that the owner provides for problems and in all three cases had to leave a message. The recorded answer machine promised they would ring us straight back but this did not happen and I had to ring Sykes Cottages on the Sunday morning to get a response from the owners. So we were without hot water from our arrival on Saturday afternoon until Sunday morning. On Monday morning we woke to find that all the electricity sockets were dead. Being an electrical engineer I was able to deal with this and found that the RCD circuit breaker in the main supply had tripped out. Reclosing it restored the electricity supply to the sockets. So in this case I had no need to contact the owner, others may not have the knowledge. The owner needs to be more readily available, particularly at the time when the customers are arriving and getting to know the place.

"The house was well equipped with all the essentials and in an excellent location for exploring the area."
We especially loved the view from the sun lounge and watching the weather change! It felt very homely and was a good place to unwind and relax.

"The place was far larger than it appears from the pictures."
Lots of space for our big family. The view was to die for. The house was very clean and tidy, and well looked after. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would book again. This is a very quiet location, but within easy reach of lots of places to take the children. We loved it here.
