  • "Such a stunning property in the perfect setting!"

Furnished to perfection with you and your furry pal’s every need in mind, we couldn’t recommend this place more. Just idyllic. Soaking up the peaceful views in the fabulous hot tub whilst the pups chilled in the garden was a highlight for us. We enjoyed our stay so much so we made a last minute request for an extra night which the owners were able to so very kindly accommodate. Already looking at dates to return. Thank you for a fabulous stay at the amazing Hill Radnor.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The accommodation was perfect for a family week away with our dog. It was even better than the photos and we loved it! Lots of thoughtful touches on arrival such as some bubbles to drink in the hot tub and some dog treats. Would 100% recommend staying here.

The accommodation was out of this world, clean, comfy, rich - everything you needed and in the most peaceful setting of all. We met the owners too who are lovely people and will do anything to make you feel comfortable, they go above and beyond! The location is a good spot to make the most of travelling around Wales, its smack bang in the middle so it gives you the option to go to the North, South, East or West - or you can spend the time relaxing in the local village and enjoy a nice coffee over looking the lake whilst feeding the ducks! Would recommend in a heartbeat if you're looking for a peaceful escape away in an idyllic setting. Get it booked!

  • "Upon arrival everything looked beautiful."

When entering property we found dead flies and wasps and floor needed swept. The amount of glass is great visually but made sleeping virtually impossible as no air conditioning which for a design like this property is a must. My son in law ended up sleeping in car. Flies / wasps were horrific entering the property and would recommend a mesh type cover for windows and at the very least for the patio doors. On a positive note:- - the accommodation is furnished to a high standard and well equipped. - surroundings stunning, red kites flying around are majestic - good sized area allocated to each of the 4 properties, well maintained and room for 3 cars per lodge. - good communication throughout booking process and pre- arrival - hot tub immaculately clean and very good! Some things to be aware of: - - this accommodation really is in middle of nowhere which if you want ultimate peace and quiet then will be perfect for you. - we drove around and virtually everything was shut - we couldn’t understand this. - take plenty of fans if going to be hot climate - take a fly net, fly spray etc. - be aware that one of the double bed rooms is open plan positioned at top of staircase so whoever sleeping here will have no privacy. - one shower leading from kitchen area for the whole property - no tv’s in bedrooms

So sorry you had a disappointing stay with us description of property when u booked it states 1️⃣ shower what you missed to state there is a bath wash basin and toilet within the property also. Double bed on second floor been open plan planned that way to allow you to enjoy beautiful sunrise and spectacular views from your bed Property Owner

  • "Lovely stay - warm welcome offered by owners Our only mistake was bringing food and drink for the entire holiday, instead of buying small amounts each day to fit in the fridge."

The hot tub was incredible as is the entire house. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

On arrival there was even a welcome package. We met the owners Eddie and Sally who could not have been more helpful asking if everything was OK, giving us some useful advice on places to visit and where to eat out. To cut a long story short we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have booked to come again next year

Thank you Nevillefor your comments looking forward to seeing you next year Property Owner

  • "Positives: *New property *Clean *Comfortable beds *Spacious *Nice view *Hot Tub *Peaceful, Quiet location Negatives: *Grass in the enclosed garden could have been cut prior to us arriving, it was quite long on arrival and was only cut on our 2nd to last day of a week long stay *We had an issue with the hot tub which the owner fixed the following day *We left our fire stick in the tv."

The owner was good enough to post it back to us but charged us £15 to return it (post and packaging was £6 so we were charged an additional £9 for them taking it to the post office) Overall an enjoyable stay I have rated the stay 3/5 (would have been a 7/10 if the scoring was out of 10)

  • "The most relaxing holiday ever."

When we arrived the setting of the four lodges and gorgeous view really did take our breath away. The lodge and grounds were finished to a really high standard. There were three of us in a six person lodge but even if there had been six of us there would have been generous room for comfort and relaxation. The garden is large, our dog's loved it .Also a private ample sized hot tub what you can relax in while watching the crows torment the beautiful Red kites. We had days out in the nearby villages and on a few evenings we had a very picturesque twenty minutes walk to the lovely Village pub for a gorgeous evening meal. We cannot fault anything about this place and more to the point the friendly owners couldn't do enough for us . We will definitely recommend this place and return again at some point.
