The property

Bwthyn at Brynhyfryd is a holiday cottage within a near-acre of gorgeous grounds of Brynhyfryd, a former Victorian mansion.

The location is just fabulous and inside is comfortable and decorated in a traditional style.

Bwthyn is in an ideal location for exploring the Llŷn Peninsula and makes for a great family base. The kitchen has all you need - an electric cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

The dining room has a table and chairs, and sideboard ideal for family suppers or breakfasts.

There is shared use of a washing machine located in the basement of the main house. The sitting room looks out towards the marina and the sea beyond.

A sofa and chairs surround an electric fire, TV, DVD and CD player.

The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom that has access to a balcony where you’ll find a small table and chairs.

This is an ideal place for taking in the view with a cuppa, or glass of something stronger if you prefer!

There is also a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, loo and wash hand basin. There is a private garden to the front of the cottage which is grassed and has shrubs.

Make the most of the patio area where there is garden furniture for you to use, too.

You’re also free to stroll around the grounds and enjoy outdoor games - table tennis, croquet and other assorted games have been provided for you.

Parking is available outside. Bwthyn is just on the outskirts of Pwllheli, a busy harbour town which has a mix of shops, cafes and restaurants.

There are two beaches to choose from close by - South Beach and Glandon.

You’re just a ten-minute stroll from the Llŷn coastal path, too!

You’ve got great attractions, walks, scenery and beaches of the Llŷn Peninsula, with the benefit of being close to the Snowdonia National Park too.

You really can make the most of a North Wales holiday from this holiday cottage.

Enjoy!
