"The listing implied it had a garden."
It does but you have no access to it because the property has been split into two separate lets. Therefore a dog friendly property with no where for dog to do a wee. Managed this with early and late night walks. We parked at back of property as per 3 word directions on booking but then with no access to back of property you have to walk around block. Would have been better leaving property as one in my opinion. Otherwise spacious, comfortable but in need of a spruce up and sorting the shower.
We are very sorry you were confused but the listing for Hillside does not include the garden area. This along with the parking is only available with Hillside Apartment. You are however able to book both together where we open up the interconnecting door, this then gives you sleeping for up to 8, two shower rooms, off street parking and of course access from the rear and house to the garden. We had 3 Labrador’s and found that out of the front there is a little alley in front of Pen Llinau flats into a little private car park, perfect for those little moments. The plumbers are aware the shower control is a little stiff and will sort this soon. Property Owner

"Fantastic property, well equipped in a great location."
Handy for everything and only short distances travelled to get to other places. We would book again. Two recommendations. Could do with a down stairs toilet for the less mobile, and some firm parking arrangements. Neighbours were very friendly as well.
Thanks, we are going to consider a downstairs washroom where the washing machine is, no verdict yet. You are free to book both the House and the Apartment which then would give you sleeps 8 (four bedroom) with 2 bathrooms and a garden and parking. Property Owner

"Lovely spacious property within walking distance of shops, pubs and the beach."
Well equipped kitchen and great size tv! The bread, milk, orange juice etc left for us was a welcoming treat - thank you. The neighbours were all friendly and full of helpful suggestions to maximise our stay. Shout out to The Chocolate Box who opened their doors after closing so we could have an ice cream! Also to the staff at Spar who were always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Pwllheli.
Fantastic, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Property Owner

"Property was lovely."
All facilities spot on. Lovely welcome package, but sadly the bread was a week out of date. Kitchen floor could have been brushed round the edges, but overall a really comfortable stay.
Thank you for the feedback. I think there was a gap in the bookings hence the out of date bread, sorry. Property Owner

"Great holiday home which has everything you need."
Tvs in every room, a huge kitchen a great size living room to play those family games at night. Bedrooms are huge the beds are huge just need an extra pillow, but that is personal choice. Locations great as it’s in the centre of everything and the beach is not to far for a long walk relaxing and a nice cafe too
Thank you, we will check pillows but there were spares in each room in the wardrobes. Property Owner

"The house was lovely and spacious, lovely area to stay."
Just struggled to dry clothes, with only a balcony but managed . Struggled where to put all rubbish as bins were near enough full. Parking was an issue. Lovely welcome gift. Great to have TV in all bedrooms. The shower was very hard to turn on and off too
Thank you for you kind words. Bins yes they are a problem with only 3 weekly collections. Shower, yes you need strength, I’ve asked the plumbers to have a look. Parking, in reality living there 25 years we got 3 parking tickets but yes it’s not ideal that you can’t park freely outside your home on what is essentially a quiet road. Property Owner
