  • "Location was perfect for my stay and the layout work for us."

The property is in need of some tlc in places which wouldn't take much to put right ie damp smell coming from understair cupboard, marks on paint work, stains on carpets downstairs bedroom and lounge, rusty base of cooker, rust inside door of microwave, lounge balcony door doesn't open fully one side jammed. Put these things right and it's a 5star property. I believe the owners haven't stepped inside the property for a while to check things out . This property is well equipped with everything you need for your stay and makes a perfect holiday Location.

I frequent the property on a regular basis so not sure who told you that Would love to know The property is very popular we strive to maintain it every opportunity we get. We have always planned during the low season over the winter months to go in and make even more improvements and look forward to greeting all our guess in the coming festive months Property Owner

  • "Very comfortable."

Stair lift, walk-in showers and shower stool invaluable for 89 year-old. Great view. Couldn't find any keys to open upstairs windows so it was stuffy and also gave no emergency access. No user manuals or house info. Not much in the way of equipment ie dust pan and brush or clothes airer to dry off very wet clothes. Under stairs door handle was broken so we couldn't look there for any of the above items. Dish washer lower shelf broken. Chipped mugs still there. Only other complaint was with Sykes whom we tried in various ways to contact on Friday afternoon with a safety concern. No call back from them or e-mail response so we assume they went home early!

Thank you for the feedback The cupboard door has never been and issue I sent maintenance round who could not find any problems and the current guest has even been so kind to tidy up the area The key for the window had been placed in a drawer by previous guest and now back in its place sorry about that The other areas have been dealt with We take all feedback on board and try to resolve them straight away Take care Property Owner

  • "What a view & that’s what you’re paying for."

Accommodation Is not a 4.6 rating, from the 2 other reviews crockery still hasn’t been addressed, a mis-match of plates, cups, chipped, cracked & well used pans & cooking pots. no sharp knife’s, tin opener doesn’t work & no oven gloves. The fridge had a large piece of ice in the corner, which had been mentioned on the previous reviews. The kitchen is in need of renovation & all what goes in. The lounge is very spacious & comfy sofas, with fantastic views but does have very squeaky floor boards. The main bedroom is spacious & large, again squeaky floor boards, if you visit the toilet in the night, you’re sure you’ll wake the other up, either with the floor boards.

Many thanks for providing the feedback. It's great to hear how you enjoyed the view. The property was attended to this morning and the points you raised have been reviewed. We encourage all guests to contact us if any concerns arise in the property so we can address them straight away. Upon the review all pots, pans and a new set of crockery was at the property along with fresh tea towels. Many thanks. Property Owner

  • "As 3 generations of family from age 14 to 78 we all enjoyed our stay at 21 Min Y Mor."

The property is in a perfect location with unbeatable sea views and access to the beach, a cafe, a pub and a 15 minute walk into Pwllheli town Centre. It is also a perfect base for visiting the local area - Aberdaron and Porthmadog are our personal favourites and both are only 20-30 min drive. The property ticked all our boxes - dog friendly with private parking, comfortable bedrooms and adequate facilities throughout. To give a five star rating, there are a few minor areas that could be improved - there was some wind noise through the lounge doors, crockery was a bit limited (breakfast bowls and mugs), the fridge freezer needs a de-icing and there was no outdoor light at the rear. The cleaning was OK but some details could be better. Overall though a good property in an excellent location and we would stay again.

Thank you for the lovely feedback , we have already sorted the crockery and was hoping to do this before your stay Look forward to seeing you again Property Owner

  • "Lovely house in the perfect location for the beach."

The house was warm and the sea views amazing. We had a slight issue with the washing machine but this can happen at anytime and the host going to sort straight away. The only small negative comment would be the plates, dishes etc they are random and many chipped or cracked. This is a shame as the rest of the house finished to a high standard. Already looking forward to coming back, hopefully later in the year. Thank you

Thank you for a lovely review and yes I have already sorted the plates and dishes Property Owner

  • "Our stay was just lovely, 6 adults and 1 dog, we stayed 2 nights in between xmas and New year."

The lounge was easily big enough for us all to be together, but being over 3 floors also gave us our own space too. The owner had even put a Christmas tree and some decorations up (which was a nice touch we weren't expecting) The bedrooms were really big, especially the top floor and 2 big bathrooms was a bonus. The lounge over looked the sea and had a nice sized balcony. Directly across the road is a nice walking path along the sea front where we could walk our dog. The large decking area at the back was also really handy for the dog. The house is also literally opposite an opening onto the beach. There's a big Asda approx 3 minutes mins away in the car, as well as restaurants/takeaways and a Wetherspoons, so plenty of places to eat in or bring food back. We visited Porthmadog (30mins in car) and Abersoch (12mins in car) and lots of other places to visit near by or on route. We would definitely recommend Min Y Mor to stay in as the location was perfect, beautiful view, plenty of space and it had more than everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.
