"We had a wonderful stay at Mor Edrin."
Such a fantastic house with lots of history, in an amazing location. We enjoyed walks in the estuary whatever the weather!
Dear Cate, I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay at Mor Edrin. Just to give some feedback about the cleanliness and facilities/maintenance. There had been some storm damage in the sitting room chimney and we could not rectify this before your stay, as we discussed on the 'phone. This has now all been repaired and looks lovely! We normally receive high rating for cleanliness so this refers to the sitting room ceiling damage from the storm. Kind regards, David and Penny Property Owner

"Lovely views, totally incredible access to the estuary."
Bit of an issue to not have any outdoor space to sit outside. All terrace and chairs belong to the downstairs flat. No hot water without the immersion heater and then not enough for a bath. There was no welcome package - no tea, bread, milk, dishwasher tablets… actually nothing. Maybe for the cost it would be good to have been left something.
Dear Celia. I’m just catching up on my paperwork. So sorry you thought there was nowhere to sit, the chairs belong to our proeprty, and there is plenty of space to sit on the lower terrace. Extra Chairs are kept in our outdoor store room with key access, details of which are in the welcome pack. There was a large supply of dishwasher tablets in the utility room, a call to us would have certainly helped the finding of these. The hot water works more efficiently if boiler is on, the immersion as you say will only heat to a certain level. We don’t normally leave a welcome pack but will certainly have considered this if requested. We normally get 100% positive feedback, and I know our summer this august was disappointing regarding the cold and wet weather. Please visit again and we will make sure any of your observations are dealt with. Kind regards david and penny Property Owner

"Beautiful views across the estuary to Portmeirion and the Snowdon range."
You can access the estuary sands direct from the property, which was great for local walks and paddleboarding (being alert to tides and the wind of course). The property and grounds are fantastic for children with lots to explore and no traffic at all.
Dear Dr Crook. So pleased your family enjoyed the stay in our holiday home. I hope you found the new floors and carpets to your liking. Please visit again soon. Best regards David and Penny Property Owner

Facilities were great, clean and comfortable. Amazing views and tranquil setting, lovely neighbours of sheep and horses. No hiccups at all, just need a new loo seat in the shower bathroom, it doesn’t stay up
