We had a lovely comfortable stay at Suzanne’s hut, all human and dog necessities were catered for, nice and close to the dog friendly beach, Dishwasher was a real added bonus, ☺️ beds were comfy, everywhere was clean and loved the beach/seaside decor, highly recommended and would have no hesitation in booking again

  • "Lovely chalet and perfect for beach stay."

Beach is super close and accessed through back of chalet park no more than 5 mins away. Chalets are quite close together but not a problem everyone is super friendly. Really comfortable stay and Suzanne has done a great job with decor and beds etc only small (and I do mean super small) observation is that the cream sofa smells a lot of dog which transferred to clothes so used a throw to cover it up. Fridge/freezer still had food from previous people and the shower was sandy however these we quickly fixed. Couple of hints for next guests is when you get to the chalet park turn right into the estate the numbers are not in order and Suzanne’s beach hut numbers are rubbed away. Also, be very careful on steps outside they are not very wide and are made of decking but are fine to use. Overall thank you so much Suzanne great base for a fabulous holiday!

Thank you for your feedback much appreciated Property Owner

  • "My family and I have recently spent 4 nights at Suzannes beach hut which we really enjoyed because of the lovely place (Bacton) gorgeous beach is a stones throw away and a park for the grandchildren and The Poachers Pocket Pub is a lovely walk along the beach."

...this being said the cleanliness of Suzannes Beach Hut was not so good, cobwebs on curtain rails, cobwebs behind bathroom bin which obviously hadn't been moved in a while, old food from previous holidaymakers left in freezer and in bottom of dishwasher. I had to wipe the fridge out before I could put my food in it and inside the kettle was disgusting with heavily built up limescale....we had babies bottles to make and as I couldn't buy a new kettle I went to the shop and bought descaler and did it 3 times before I could use it. There was also dog poo in the garden from the previous dog owners too so as you can imagine we wer not impressed at all. When your paying over £500 for a four night stay you do not expect to have to clean things yourself when you get there.

I do apologize for the issues you found at the chalet we are rectifying them . We have allways had great reviews . Previous guests have not cleaned up after there dogs I will put a sign up to remind them . Thank you for your feedback Property Owner

  • "Hi Suzanne We had a fantastic 5 night stay."

Lovely place us and the dogs enjoyed it thoroughly. Nice short walk to the beach and convenience store on the doorstep. Everything we needed and very comfortable. THE ONLY negative thing if we were being totally honest is the rear garden grass desperately needed cutting and thorn bushes need trimming back. We had to pick thorns out of our dogs paw and fur. We have already rebooked to come back in Sept and would be nice if the garden was tidier. Privacy great and secure garden for the pooches love Lisa, Brian, Vinnie & Lexie (the Voycey's) xx

Thank you for your feedback I have asked the Gardner to cut the bushes back hopefully it will all be done soon glad you enjoyed your holiday Property Owner

  • "We had a beautiful stay."

Only thing that would have made it perfect was if the grass had been cut so we could have sat outside. But we loved it apart from that. Would highly recommend to anyone and will def be back. The beds were the so comfortable Thank you

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our short break in Suzanne's beach hut."

Very spacious accommodation, with everything we needed in place. A nice area for a short getaway, very peaceful with the beach a few minutes walk away. We were looking for somewhere not too touristy where we could take our dog, Suzanne's beach hut fitted that perfectly. Chester, our rescue dog, had the best time ever, loved his time on the beach. Nice that there is an area on the beach where dogs are allowed throughout the season. There's a shop, and several takeaways close to the site and a laundromat on the forecourt of the shop at the edge of the site. The site is very clean and well maintained. Couldn't fault our chalet and were already looking at dates to return either later this year or next summer.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback . It’s our first season of renting the chalet . Your positive feedback is so important to us . Glad Chester enjoyed himself ours do too when we stay there . Thank you Suzanne Property Owner
