"Little Hay Barn offered excellent accommodation."
We thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay and I wouldn't hesitate to revisit at some time in the future.

"The Little Hay Barn is a very cosy, well-decorated, light holiday haven."
The courtyard is a very private area in which we ate breakfast and afternoon meals supported by the excellent weather. It was a quiet haven for reading. The bedroom was very clean and light with the lovely touches of electric skylights and blinds, which allowed good ventilation on warm nights. The front room was a lovely size and relaxing while watching television after days out. Would recommend it to friends and family.

"A delightful stay in this dear little cottage, and a warm welcome from the owners."
There were many unexpected extras, including an Alexa, which we enjoyed playing with! The outside space is peaceful, attractive & very private. The perfect base for exploring Norfolk. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Stu & Jess.

"Lovely comfortable cottage finished to a high standard."
Nice welcome pack when we arrived. Bed very comfortable. The weather was kind to us and we enjoyed using the patio area. Beach, fish and chip shop and convenience store within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

"Superb house and we had a lovely holiday."
Plenty to do round about. One minor suggestion: the new microwave is a useful addition, but it would be good to have some microwave proof dishes to cook food in.
Glad you had a good stay! Thank you for your lovely and helpful feedback. We now added some Pyrex-ware to the kitchen. And all the Denby crockery in the barn is microwave-safe, too. Property Owner

"The cottage was wonderful, very cosy and with well chosen furnishings."
Everything was to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The only thing that could make it better would be a microwave! Location is beautiful and we enjoyed watching deer in the garden.
Thank you for your valuable feedback, we’re so glad you had an enjoyable stay! We have now added a microwave to the barn. Hope to see you again sometime - Stu & Jess Property Owner

"We have had a wonderful stay!"
We really appreciated all the lovely furnishings and facilities - everything had obviously been chosen and placed with great care and taste. The bed was sumptuous, the furniture was comfortable, the crockery a delight to use, and the ornaments, pictures, plants, books and shades enhanced this beautiful cottage. We had easy access to miles and miles of quiet lanes for cycling and appreciated the lockable shed at the cottage. Local amenities included a well-stocked and nearby shop, a great Fish and Chip shop and a welcoming Chinese Restaurant.Thank you so much for a lovely holiday!

This is a really lovely place to stay with high quality fixtures and fabrics, Comfy bed and comfy pillows Clean, and bright and would be ideal to stay in the summer as well as there’s a large garden and private courtyard it was a bit cold to sit outside this time but there was cushions and blankets if we wanted to Close to the beach, with a 10 minute walk away The welcome pack was good with fruit, milk and bread and homemade Jam The owners are so nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble We would come back again Thank you

"Lovely place to stay, very well equipped, immaculate and a real home from home."
Would love to revisit in the summer to make use of the outdoor space too. Only downside was lack of local amenities - the only pub within walking distance was in need of some TLC and the fish and chip shop was closed until Feb! However, the beach and coastline path was exceptional and we never tired of using it. Very special.
