"We had a lovely stay at Primrose Cottage with our dog."
The cottage is a mix of traditional features and modern comforts and is an excellent location to explore with a vehicle. We had no issues with ordering a Tesco delivery or takeaway during our stay. Very comfortable and clean, stunning bathroom with his and her sinks and free standing bath plus shower. Our only one struggle was the step out of the door is quite small in surface area and high/steep step and both the dog and a person in our party struggled due to mobility issues. However, would not stop us coming back and we are looking to rebook already :) Thank you for a wonderful stay! X
Thank you for your lovely feedback Kaylee. We will be definitely looking how to improve the step. Property Owner

"This is a very stylish, comfortable cottage on the outskirts of Cromer."
Everything we needed was provided in the property and it was close to a local supermarket as well as nearby to several attractions. Excellent beaches a short drive away in Cromer and along the coast. We had a couple of problems with the lovely bathroom but the owner came out and resolved things quickly. Staying at Primrose Cottage was a relaxing and happy experience and we would thoroughly recommend it.

"Property was spotless, ideal for dogs enclosed garden, beautifully situated, ..."
Property was spotless, ideal for dogs enclosed garden, beautifully situated, The downsides are we arrived at 3pm and was told property was not ready until 4 pm this needs to be sorted out between Sykes and the owner, I would have expected a welcome pack, maybe coffee, tea and milk, as after a drive a tea or coffee would have been welcomed, i have stayed at Sykes properties a number of times and there has always been one there and just 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels is not near enough for 7 days, no where to dry them, apart from these points the property was spotless
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We will take onboard your comments about a welcome pack. Property Owner

"We had a wonderful stay at Primrose Cottage."
The location was amazing, with a wonderful private garden which our dogs loved. The property has everything you need for a home from home stay. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was wonderfully clean on arrival. We spoke to the owners whilst we were there and they were really lovely and extremely helpful, their local knowledge was brilliant. We can highly recommend Primrose Cottage and will definitely be back for another stay in this wonderful part of the country.

"Rose Cottage, was a dream, clean, comfy, very modern."
You will need to take hair dryer. Everything you would need for a holiday. We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay, the enclosed courtyard was ideal for our 2 little dogs, a lovely little shaded area for them to keep cool. Beaches in Cromer, Sheringham, very clean. Would stay here again. You will need a car.
