  • "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

As others have mentioned road noise is noticeable, but we are used to it and didn’t spoil our stay. The kitchen sink cold tap failed once but was easy to repair myself, others less ‘handy’ than myself might find it a problem . I did report it to the owner who contacted me about it. Finally, the contact number on my arrival email was wrong but the gentleman was very helpful and contacted the owner for me.

  • "This was such a lovely cottage!"

We loved our stay and the children are asking about the next time we can go to Bumblebee Cottage! The bedrooms and bathrooms were particularly lovely. My husband was worried about it not having a parking space but that wasn’t an issue at all, we always managed to park right outside. Village had a lovely green and playground for the kids and was well located to get to the beach, Burnham Market, Wells etc. We hope to be able to visit again next year!

Thank you for your wonderful comments! We’re so pleased you had a fabulous time and look forward to welcoming you back anytime! Xx Property Owner

  • "A comfortable and well equipped cottage in a good location for visiting the North Norfolk coast."

Unfortunately the cottage is on a very busy road with heavy traffic throughout the day and night and for us, being light sleepers, was an issue. The cottage has no outside space (which we knew before we arrived) but as the weather was so lovely didnt appreciate how much we would miss this. We had 2 very good meals in The Ostrich in the village.

  • "Bumblebee Cottage was a well furnished with quality fittings."

Clean and fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water to suit our needs. Good linens and comfortable beds. Only down side was no seating area outside. But to be fair they did not state any garden area.

We’re glad you enjoyed your stay at Bumblebee Cottage. We have tried to make it a home from home experience- thank you for your lovely comments. Property Owner

It's wonderfully comfortable. It's peaceful, the village is quiet. It's very well equipped, with every last detail considered. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you!

This is wonderful to hear as we are new to the letting business and it’s good to know we have got it right! Nothing is perfect but we really want to make a comfortable and welcoming holiday home and are always open to suggestions of how we can make it even better. Glad to hear our guests’ stay was so positive. We look forward to welcoming you back to Bumblebee Cottage. Property Owner
