  The rooms are also very spacious. The location also has huge benefits with a shops and places to eat within easy walking distance. Brundell even has a railway station.

• "2nd time visiting here."

  This is a very high standard property. It is very comfortable and very homely. It is very well equipped. Location is great, being on quiet street but it is close to main road and within walking distance of local railway stations for ease of access across the area. Very highly recommended - we have already booked for 2025.

• "A very comfortable, spacious, quiet and well equipped holiday home."

  The interior has been very well furnished and made to feel very homely and the outside patio terrace is a lovely private area overlooking the gardens which we were able to enjoy in the sunshine in October! The location is super with easy access to Norwich city and for us visiting family in Acle & Caister. Sarah (the owner) was very friendly and responsive with a few queries we had. We had a lovely time staying at Brundall House and will certainly be back again.

• "Shortly after booking, Sarah contacted us to see if there was anything specific we needed as our son was going to be the first baby they had stay, which was a nice touch."

  The house is lovely and well equipped. The location is ideal with Norwich and Great Yarmouth only a short distance away and there are good local amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday.

• "Brundall House is a very comfortable holiday home with excellent facilities."

  The kitchen was well equipped, living area pleasant with french doors out onto the patio area with garden view and sunny aspect. The bathroom had a great shower and the bedroom was spacious and so comfortable. We had a lovely time there, the owner very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommend, with thanks

• "Accommodation and facilities of a very high standard."

  Very comfortable, lots of space, quiet, very dog friendly with bowls, blankets, bed and treats. Nice secure outside space. Location suited us as visiting several family members who either live 10 minute walk away or 10 minute drive. Had family come for meal with us, everything needed to cook and serve for 4 people, home from home. One of best holiday accommodation we have stayed in.

• "We had a lovely restful time, our stay was lovely, everything was available for us to use."

  Everything was to a high standard, we would definitely come back, Very dog friendly accommodation, even blankets and bowls supplied if needed, safe enclosed both and front gardens ( we have a small dog). Sarah it was lovely to meet you, thank-you for making us welcome.

• "Brundall House is well-equipped, beautifully furnished and spacious."

  One of the best holiday homes we’ve stayed in. The patio would be lovely in the summer. We particularly enjoyed the visits from a pair of long-tailed tits who came to the windows several times each day. Sarah was friendly and helpful. We really can’t fault anything. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

  Very spacious. Very easy to get to from main roads but in quiet area with local shops/pubs/restaurants. Located within walking distance of railway station for ease of access to Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Sheringham & Cromer to name but a few. • "The property was warm, spacious, welcoming and easy to keep tidy."

  We enjoyed talking to the owners and being able to explore the area. The utility room was amazing . The only thing that would have been useful though was an airing rack for items that can't be tumble dried or to save electricity by putting it outside.

  Nice accommodation.The owner available on site if needed. Well serviced with local shops, take always, restaurants and pubs, a good location for touring the coast and the broads. Good walks, good cycling , and not far from Norwich . We had an enjoyable stay.

  Nicely furnished, well equipped and comfortable. Friendly and helpful hosts. Well located for the Broads and the beach not too far away. One thing that would benefit visitors is more information about local places of interest. A guest book would be helpful here as visitors can add their local trips.

• "This property is exceptional, very comfortable and clean and extremely well equipped if you like to home cook."

  It is also very well situated for visiting the Broads, coast and Norwich itself. The co-op is just yards away and we had a take away Cantonese dinner for 2 which was excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

• "A first class annexe, well kitted out."

  is in a convenient position for visiting Norwich and the Broads. We used our National bus pass into Norwich with the stop being a minutes walk from the property, next to the Co-op shop. The local pub was ok for a drink but not serving food as they do not have a chef.

The Ram is currently undergoing change of management however we are fortunate that The White Heron is now serving food as well as East Hill Bistro in Brundall Bay Marina. • "We had a fantastic holiday in Brundall House."

  It had everything we needed and more. My dog enjoyed laying on the snuggle mat and snoozing. It is a stunning and beautiful house, sitting on the patio in the sun was a bonus . It is a good base to explore the beautiful surroundings as close to Norwich, the broads and the coast. Thank you. We will be back I'm sure.

• "My sister and I just had a wonderful few days ."

• "We enjoyed a lovely, comfortable stay at Brundall House, which is ideally located for the RSPB reserves in the area and we were lucky to see a variety of wildlife."

• "I did put a revue on trip advisor, stating how very good this holiday home is."

  It was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The furnishings,decor etc were very good and the close proximity to bus stop for transport into Norwich was excellent if, like us you dont want to use your car every day. I would certainly reccommend this holiday home to anyone, they will certainly not be disappointed.The owner is on hand to help with any query you may have.
