  • "The garden was awful it needed the grass to be cut!"

Obviously we would pick up after our dog but the grass was so long it was a matter of really searching so we didn't step on it and to clean up, not impressed. Also gaping holes in the edges so again we had to put our dog on a spike so he couldn't escape onto the fields next door and no gate at the front onto a lane with cars up and down all day, this is definitely NOT a destination to take a dog, some what spoiled our time at the cottage, two toilets needed attention although still usable. Plus side it was very clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable and fresh, due to the lack of a fence all round and a gate leading into the property we would not return

  • "We had a wonderful time staying at Teasel, it was a beautiful property, very spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable."

It was an excellent location for exploring the broads, we didn't have to travel far at all. We would definitely book Teasel again. Thank you

  • "The property was listed as having an enclosed garden and dog friendly."

When we arrived we were surprised to find an open driveway and although the garden was surrounded by trees and fences there were gaps which a dog could get through. When we book a property we always require a fully enclosed garden for our dog. The house was very clean and spacious and in an ideal location. We did have a lovely week and enjoyed ourselves, but, unfortunately this property did not meet our requirement for the dog.

I'd definitely like to come back here again.

Wroxham 8 miles; Norwich 15 miles; Great Yarmouth 17 miles.

The market town of Stalham, with its high street with a good range of shops and eateries, is a typical North Norfolk town. There is a small market which comes to the town on Tuesdays and a farmers’ market on every other Saturday, as well as regular sales in the town hall. Stalham is one of the major starting points of Norfolk Broads boating holidays and a museum to give you an insight in to the Broadland environment is a must.
