It was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and extremely peaceful.

  • "The property was cleverly planned to fit a small space."

We found it cosy and well equipped. However, we struggled with the small double bed which was also quite soft. It was also a bit disappointing that there were no facilities for recycling. This property is well placed for a peaceful holiday where many attractions are within easy reach.

  • "Great base for us visiting national trust places."

Very quite good nights sleep. Down side Kitchen very small other than a fridge no where to store food.

On arrival we personally greet clients and explain where things are and ask that they come to us in our adjacent house if they have any issues. When we started to explain things these clients said 'don't worry we will find everything'. A comment about lack of kitchen storage space was posted on the website. We can only assume that the clients overlooked the large cupboard at the opposite end to the fridge, possibly because it has a press catch on the door rather than a visible handle. This cupboard measures 400mm high x 400mm wide x 520mm deep. The wall cupboard containing glassware, etc. on the top shelf has an available bottom shelf measuring 800 wide x 270 high x 300 deep. An additional mobile cupboard unit with worktop has a cupboard under with crockery on the bottom shelf but an available top shelf measuring 500 wide x 340 high x 370 deep. Property Owner

Spotlessly clean and well appointed. The bed is extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and close by if you need anything. We had a very peaceful, relaxing weekend staying there.

  • "Compact & bijou, a perfect place to stay & explore the North Norfolk coastline."

We were well looked after, with everything we needed in our accommodation for a couple, and we had our small dog with us, who was also thoughtfully catered for. There was a lovely small menagerie of animals in the host’s garden, so if you’re booking with your dog, would advise they are well behaved.

Thank you for your kind comments, we are very pleased that you enjoyed the annexe and the location. Thank you for considerate advice about the animals. Sarah & Graham. Property Owner

  • "This holiday cottage is brand new and spotlessly clean."

It is small and snug, very warm. The helpful and friendly owners live in the adjoining house and were very prompt to show us how appliances worked and to respond to any problems. We also appreciated their white-and-tabby cat who joined us one morning after breakfast! The location is a good jumping-off point for visiting the north Norfolk area.

Thank you for your very kind comments. To get such a kind, friendly and positive feedback from our very first guests was particularly heartwarming. It makes all the effort we put into making the annexe what it is all very worthwhile. Smartie (the cat) sends her regards. Thank you once again Sarah & Graham. Property Owner
