• "Great house."

  Loads of room. Big garden. Very clean. Near to beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Parking on narrow street is available but limited. Good bus services nearby. Loads to do in surrounding area.

• "For the size of the house it needs a freezer not just 2 fridges and also they left us washing up liquid but no bowl to wash-up in and the sink is very large and a waste to fill it, I know it has a dish washer but we still needed a bowl, also there are no anti slip bathmats to use in the showers, also the down stairs toilet seat is loose and when reading the quest book people who stayed earlier this year found the same problem and it still hadn't been fixed."

  Also we found parking very poor in the street. .

• "The House in Gorleston was a lovely place to stay - very comfortable and all facilities provided as stated."

  There was a wobbly toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom, also the walk in shower didn’t have any handles in. It would be good for a shower mat to be provided. Otherwise perfect!

• "We had a lovely stay at Seaside House."

  Ideal for location and accommodation for our family. Granny (who couldn’t walk too far), mummy and daddy with two young children. We love the beach at Gorleston! We were so lucky with the weather too! As we cooked a few meals it would have been very helpful to have a freezer for storage. We would love to come back. Thank you.

• "Spacious house, very clean with a large garden."

  Had children’s toys provided as well as a high chair and small table and chair. Location was brilliant and the neighbours were friendly and happy to advise on places to visit. Would highly recommend this for a holiday Jan Dixon

• "This is a very spacious semi in an ideal location just a 5-6min walk from the Cliff top."

  We had a slight problem with the key box which had been jammed by the previous tenant and the owner was very quick to sort it out. She was very friendly and apologetic about something that was out of her control and we were in and unpacked within the hour. The house was beautifully clean and decorated throughout in a light and cheerful manner. A large kitchen meant we could all easily eat together and the garden was uncluttered but had toys for the children in the shed and seats for the grown up to relax on. We would definitely book again if we are down in Gorleston.

• "It’s a lovely house."

  We were comfortable and loved being so near to the beach. On our last night we tripped over a seal on the beach- it was very dark. That’s an experience money can’t buy.

• "This is a beautiful, clean and spacious property."

  We loved how comfortable it felt. There's a number of board games and toys in the home which my 2 daughters aged 6 and 10 played with. The location is perfect; 5 mins from the beach. We booked a meal at the Cliff Hotel and sat on the terrace which was stunning and also 5 mins from the property. Yes the road is busy but wasn't a massive issue. The only issue was both toilet seats deemed to small for the base so constantly moved when sat on it. This was the only downside but still would give the house 10 out of 10!

• "The house is lovely."

  It's spacious, comfortable, and felt like home immediately. The location is great for getting down to the beach, or back out to the main road for access to the rest of Norfolk. The only downside is that this is a busy road and parking can be a challenge, particularly with two cars amongst the 5 of us staying.

• "Fabulous bank holiday weekend in this stunning house, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach, with cafe's restaurants and a beautiful terrace at The Cliff Hotel to sit back and admire the view."

  The house is perfect for a large family and has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom and a separate shower room downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen for rustling up our bacon sandwiches before heading to the beach. A lovely garden for the kids to run around in, with garden furniture for the adults to relax on . We couldn't fault a thing .. looking forward to a return visit later in the year :-)

  It would have benefited from a larger fridge and freezer.
